Highly recommended!
Ideal location for your stay in Nice. Very quiet at night, beautiful views of Mont Boron, close to many stores and boulangeries, short walk to port, the mediterranean and the tram stop. The hosts have also provided everything you would need for your stay as well.
Kitchen - well stocked.
Living room - big windows made it feel like a balcony.
Bedroom - dark, comfortable bed, good storage.
Toilet - separate and super tiny.
Bathroom - spacious shower.
Area - the street outside is loud but not at night. Walking distance to multiple beaches and shops.
Construction dust came in under the door.

Great location // LOUD construction
Great location, lovely apartment.
HOWEVER, a major complaint is that there was very loud construction daily within the building directly above the apartment.
This was incredibly frustrating as we were on holiday and there was constant hammering, drilling and buzzing beginning at 8:00 AM.
When I brought this up to the concierge, they waived it off / acted as if they weren’t aware of such. However, they didn’t know that I speak French and could read the many notices posted on the building front door, inside the elevator, and on apartment doors warning of the construction.
These notices were dated early April, so the situation had long been known.
When I brought this up to the rental agency, they tried to back track by saying that ‘no-one had complained before’.
We wouldn’t have booked this apartment if we had known about the construction situation.
We weren’t even offered a partial refund for the inconvenience.
We were truly disappointed and upset by the way this situation was handled.
I’ve rented many apartments all over the world, and have always been given a disclaimer when something needed to be forewarned and was given the opportunity to choose if I wanted to continue with the booking.
Also of note:
The apartment was also covered in a layer of dust and was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival.
