"Sunflower" is the farm house that is situated between Umbrian hills and overlooks on the beautiful Tevere valley and is situated between 2 important art cities like Todi (12km) and Orvieto (20km). Farmhouse has been recently completly restored by stones and has got elegent enclosed swimming pool and outside shower, beautiful garden with large porch and stone table, gazebo and the wooden log cabin. Farmhouse is surronded by 2 hectares of the ground, orchard, olive groves and vineyards. You can use big wooden owen. Rustic single-family house "Sunflower", 350 m a.s.l., detached. 15 km from the centre of Todi, 30 km from the centre of Orvieto. Private: property, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, volleyball court patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 12 km, restaurant 4 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 56 km, lake Corbara 9 km. Nearby attractions: Tuscania 23 km, Perugia 52 km, Viterbo 57 km. Please note: car recommended.

Posto silenzioso e rilassante

Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 in questa struttura. La zona giorno per 8 persone risulta essere molto piccola e il divano, 2 posti e non molto comodo, e’sacrificato in un angolo. Il giardino e la piscina sono belli e ben curati. Bellissimo il forno per la pizza e la zona barbecue. Nella descrizione della struttura si parla di giardino privato che però non e’ recintato e non viene indicato, quindi chi come noi porta un cane, rischia di perderlo nelle campagne circostanti

Garten und Blick toll, Haus schlecht ausgestattet

Ein sehr geschmackvolles Haus mit einem sehr schönen, gepflegten und großen Garten. Der Blick ist wunderschön, der Pool groß und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist nett. Bei schönem Wetter gibt es nichts auszusetzen, es gibt viele Sitzplätze und reichlich Schatten. Wir durften auch das reife Obst ernten und selbst essen. Was die Ausstattung der Küche betrifft, bleiben sehr viele Wünsche offen, es fehlt z.T. an Grundausstattung, wie etwa ausreichend Gläser oder ein Kochlöffel. Wir haben einiges kaufen müssen, was wir dann aber mit nach Hause genommen haben. Sehr positiv sind die Fliegengitter, die an jedem Fenster angebracht sind. Wenn man sich bei schlechtem Wetter drinnen aufhalten müsste, wäre der Gemeinschaftsraum sehr dunkel. Da wir aber zwei Wochen lang schönes Wetter hatten, waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Haus unbedingt empfehlen.
