Treat yourself to a one-of-a-kind overnight experience in our elegant and beautiful cottage. Sunstone is a 1 bedroom, nestled among trees and sits on Historic Estate grounds. This luxurious cottage is furnished with luxury linens, stylish furnishings and offers an open floor plan with a queen bed, large closet, and oversized bathroom with an accessible shower. The living area is equipped with a microwave, farmhouse sink, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, smart TV, and has a large attached deck with a fireplace that overlooks the beautiful maintained Elm Estate property.

Best part of our trip

We like staying here as our first night of our many trips to Boulder Co. ly relieves the stress of leaving the Bay Area knowing we are going to a calm clean comfortable night close to a beautiful walk near the river.

Wonderful little home

We were in town for an event and it was lovely to stay off the main drag and in a full house. We enjoyed our stay but would have been even better if the fire place was working

Adorable cottage!

The cottage was exactly as described in the listing and it was very clean. The cottage is adorable and we were welcomed with a charcuterie board and cocktails, which were wonderful! loved everything about this cottage.

Great Tiny House Experience

Nice little home to enjoy and relax. Loved the porch and all of the finishes. Be aware it is in an RV park and beside and event space so if there is a wedding going on can get loud. RV park is very quiet

Comfort with a side of Aesthetic

A very welcoming agency to say the least. If you are looking for a beautiful getaway choose EntWood. I visited with my girlfriend for a couple of night to be very impressed with how well they take care of you at this property not to mention how amazing the property is set up. Perfect !!

Property was just as clean and neat as pictured on listing! I'm a home remodeler and felt it was very well done and with quality amenities. Great job!!! Only down side to our trip to Reno is that we were out most of the day and just wish we had more down-time to really enjoy the tiny house. It was wonderful!!

Cozy Clean Cottage

Cottage was immaculate... it actually appeared to be very new. The cottage was very comfortable and kitchen was perfect. We probably should have called and asked for more bath towels... we only had two bath towels for the two of us during our four night stay.. But Everything else was perfect.

The nicest place to stay in Reno?

This is a lovely little house near the river. It is on the grounds of an RV park, but the tiny houses all (as far as I know) face a well-landscaped courtyard. There are chairs, gas fireplaces, raked gravel gardens, plenty of trees for shade--it's a great outdoor area. It's a gated community, in essence--you enter through the RV park but once behind the fence you're in a little hipster oasis. The house had everything you need to cook and good wifi. The area is "up and coming"--within walking distance there's a cool building with a pottery studio, a swimsuit designer/ maker, etc., and another one with a coffee shop, rolled ice cream, and so on. But there are also a couple of streets that I wouldn't let my daughter walk down alone. We were in Reno for a climbing cmpetition, and this was a perfect place to stay.

Cute and comfortable

We enjoyed staying in this tiny home. It was a great alternative to a hotel for us. The grounds are beautiful and the home is well built, spacious and nicely decorated. Close to downtown and convenient location. Checking in and parking was a bit confusing at first. There were only wine glasses and coffee mugs, no water glasses. It looked like there was supposed to be a large pot since there was a lid for one, but couldn’t find it. That would have been helpful for the one meal we prepared while we were there. The outdoor fireplace never worked for us and we had the night manager come over to troubleshoot and still couldn’t get it going. We would stay here again but would try one of the other tiny homes on the property.

Chic little house

The pictures are a good representation of the property. The units are mixed in with the trailer homes of more permanent residents. Our unit was called Sunstone. The unit had a nice deck with a roof (great for shade from the hot sun) and it is next to the Elmwood Estate so it had a nice view from the deck. Some of the other units have decks looking out to the river and some look over the parking lot, so it varies. The unit was very tastefully decorated inside, modern and chic. We were concerned that it would be noisy, but the neighbors were respectful and the unit had well insulated windows to block out noise. It is small, but was fine for the two of us. We did cook in the kitchen, but found it was sparsely stocked. We could have used a measuring cup and measuring spoons and some more silverware as well as some larger bowls and also more plates. I am used to a better stocked kitchen when staying at a VRBO since “cooking in” is one of the reasons we stay at VRBOs and not hotel rooms when we travel. I hope this can be improved. Otherwise, we had a good experience.

This place is awful

The listing misrepresented the accommodation. The location and available parking was horrendous. We rented for 12 days but I inquired why the kitchen was so poorly equipped was told the house was not meant for longer stays and the kitchen wasn’t meant to cook “full meals’. Too bad this was not on the listing. Worse yet, my reservation was accepted anyway. The entire experience casts your listing service in a very negative light. The listing also included a fireplace. A nice feature, unfortunately it didn’t work. This property wasn’t worth a third of the per night price. Actually, I wouldn’t stay there for free. To top it all off, the toilet backed up and a plumber had to be called to run a snake all the way to the main. We were without the use of the bathroom for several hours. We were told to walk to the communal bathroom in the trailer park. We left on the first day. What a nightmare.

Rare find.

What a nice find. The tiny house had everything I needed to entertain. I went to Reno to meet my son, flying in from Alaska for an OSHA training class. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Truckee river just a short walk from the house and peaceful.

Fabulous Oasis in Reno

Everything you need in a beautifully decorated space. Attention to detail and very well though out cottage. Lovely people onsite and attended to my needs. I locked myself out one night and they were right there to help. Would def stay there again!
