No Smoking or illegal drug use: smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies and driveways. Smoking is not even allowed on the adjacent property that is the nature preserve. Violation of this policy will result in immediate evection and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of Vape pens, E-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on the property after departure management will charge the credit card on file

Age requirements : The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person sign the rental agreement) MUST be 34 years of age. ( legal photo ID required upon request) and must be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. The Sandcastle vacation rental is a family home accommodation. This home cannot be rented to students or singles under the age of 25 years old unless accompanied by parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the rental. Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying at the property for every three guest between the ages of 18 and 25. Violation of this policy will result in immediate evection and forfeiture of all rental payments in accordance with the Florida state chapter, reservations made under false pretense are ll and void and checks will not be allowed, or guess will be asked to vacate the accommodation.
