Wrong door access code..

After driving more than 12 hours, we arrived at our property at 7:00 pm, we tried the door access code (multiple times) and it was wrong! We called the 800 number on the door to the management company Vacasa and no one answered our call for over 45 minutes on hold (eventually our phone battery went dead). We ended up texting the 800 number, we received no response that evening. After over 2 hours waiting we went to a local hotel getting 2 rooms. We called VRBO they could not get a hold of Vacasa either. The next morning we received a text from Vacasa (never a phone call) saying they were so sorry for the wrong code, here is another correct code. We went back to the home and stayed there 3 nights. Unfortunately we are having to fight to get refunded for our 1st night we did not even stay on the property ( not to mention the hotel rooms). WE called VRBO and Vacasa multiple times to file our complaint and never received a return phone call from either. Extremely frustrated!
