Brand new renovated on December 23rd 2020, condominium , with an ideal location, on the main street of Isla verde Avenue, right next door to a 5 start resort, ( el San Juan hotel ) and within 1 block of Anything you want or need: beach, bars, casinos, clubs,24 hour supermarket, restaurants, cvs, car rentals, fast foods, .... you are in the middle of it all! Casinos, el San Juan hotel next door , 4 minutes driving to piñones, night clubs, bars, lupi's restaurant, next door embassy suites hotel,chili's cvs, pizza hut , As of December 2020, the swimming pool is closed due to the covid restrictions.

There are some people from the US living in the neighborhood and the building. Most people speak English, I recommend a rental car.this is a small island and its easy to get around.

We are flexible with the check in and check out ( as long as it does not interfere with another booking.

Important: I am jefry your host, the world as we know it has changed due to the covid 19 pandemic, but life goes on and we adapt. My staff is trained and ready to keep the unit disinfected and sparkling clean for our gest. It is mandatory to usea mask in the Facilities, except when you are inside of the apartment.
