La Viletta is located in Tiriddo, in a hamlet with sea view, located in the countryside, among the scents of wild flowers and sheep.

You can observe the sea as well as the Capo Figari, all this under the song of the birds which reaches you from the maquis.

We are a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia, called the Costa Smeralda.

Shopping centers (market, pharmacy, restaurants, fishmongers, butchers), nearby, the port and the airport are 10 minutes from the house

Our sea view viletta with swimming pool consists of a living room, with open kitchen and sea view, with access to the covered terrace and swimming pool.
The terrace accommodates a table for 6 people, for breakfasts and dinners in a heavenly setting.

Two double bedrooms, one with its shower room and direct access to the terrace.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus befindet sich etwas abseits gelegen in den Bergen, eine sehr steile Straße führt zum Objekt. Man ist aber schnell an wunderschönen Stränden innerhalb 10 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 min Die Räumlichkeiten sind neuwertig und sauber. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Bäder sind ok. Ein Bad sehr klein, dass andere Bad, begehbare Dusche, wobei hier beim Duschen das ganze Wasser, den Boden überflutet. Dies müsste verbessert werden. Die Betten waren bequem circa 1,60m breit. Der Pool war großzügig, jedoch im Oktober zu kühl. Es gibt 2 Terrassen, eine mit Pool und andere mit Grill. Es liegen noch direkt angrenzend zum Grundstück, 2 ähnliche Ferienhäuser. Negativ zu erwähnen wäre, dass kein WLan und kein TV, sowie Radio funktionierte. Gäste mit wenig Datenvolumen, hätten hier Probleme. TV wurde nach 4 Tagen vom Vermieter bereitgestellt. Keine deutschen Sender. Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wobei ich nicht verstehen konnte warum wir erst bei der Anreise 17 Uhr ins Haus konnten. Waren ab 15 Uhr vor Ort. War niemand anwesend.

Magnifique séjour

Magnifique maison dans les terres à une dizaine de minutes des plus belles plages de Sardaigne. Très calme, avec belle vue. Full équipée comme décrite par les propriétaires. Et pour terminer, la piscine qui complète la location est parfaite. Nous y reviendrons certainement. Nous vous la recommandons vivement.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Bereits im Vorfeld die wichtigsten Informationen zu Check-In samt Empfehlungen für Restaurants in der Umgebung erhalten. Das Haus ist neu und ist top ausgestattet. Auf der einen Seite hat man eine Terrasse samt Pool und wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer und auf der Rückseite einen separaten Sitzbereich für schöne Grillabende. Mit dem Auto ist man in Kürze im nächsten Ort und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt die Strände an der Küste abzufahren. Sauberkeit top, Kommunikation top, Haus top - was will man mehr? Vielen lieben Dank an Corine & David!

1er Voyage en Famille fabuleux.

Un endroit calme, reposant, une maison vraiment très agréable et confortable avec tout le nécessaire quand nous arrivons, « très appréciable ». Magnifique vue face à la mer, c’était un régal de pouvoir déjeuner et profiter en même temps. Nous avons été reçu part Carine & Dominique qui sont très réactifs et vraiment adorable, nous avons fait de belle rencontre ! Merci pour tout. Noemie & Vincent et leurs 3 enfants.

Experience d'inauguration d'une nouvelle location !

Nous avons eu le plaisir d'inaugurer cette nouvelle villa de location, apprêtée avec goût et simplicité. Un intérieur cosy et lumineux, parfait pour 4 adultes. Terrasse baignée de soleil dès le matin. Beaucoup de vent en ce mois d'avril, atténué sur la terrasse arrière qui prend le soleil d'après midi jusqu'au soir. Espace barbecue et table haute nickel pour le souper au soleil couchant. Plages à moins de 10 minutes, quasi désertes et très propres, criques paradisiaques, maquis surprenant illustrant l'entre terre et mer à merveille. Restos à prix corrects voire bon marché. Bref rien à redire ! Une très belle experience dans un environnement magique.
