The new (first occupancy from May 1, 2014) 4-room apartment has 125 square meters, high-quality designer furnishings and can accommodate 8 people. The large living room has a high glass front with a direct view of the Rhine. The entire apartment is furnished to a high standard and impresses with its attention to detail. There are 3 bedrooms available for sleeping, one of which can also be used as a study.
Another extra bed and a cot are available and can be provided on request.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers every convenience if you want to take care of yourself.

You can relax on the south-facing balcony with a full view of the Rhine.
The residential complex was newly built and is ready for occupancy on May 1st, 2014. A beautiful beer garden on the Rhine is only a 2-minute walk away, next to it is the classy restaurant 'Brigantinus' with beautiful Rhine terraces, the best facilities for your summer evenings.

Beautiful spacious apartment. It was wonderful waking up and seeing the lake, the swans, boats and swimmers. Despite the rain it was a happy place to be.Kitchen had everything we needed. Grocery store right across the street. Such a great walking town.

Spacious, modern waterfront apartment

This apartment was perfect for my family’s needs during our stay in beautiful Konstanz visiting my brother. We had plenty of space for us, our 3 children and grandfather and enjoyed the easy walk along the Rhine to the downtown part of Konstanz each day. It was also convenient located across the street from a wonderful grocery store. The only wish would have been for newer towels and some extra pillows and pillowcases. We used the laundry in the basement once, be prepared for the dryer to take several hours.

Fantastic apartment on the Rhine outlet from Lake Konstanz

This apartment was terrific. It had all amenities and was close enough to walk to Old Towne, restaurants and the ferries. The bedrooms were comfortable and main bathroom spacious for 4 adults. The view from the balcony was relaxing and great to indulge in the wine that was gifted by the host. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware but perhaps could have had some essential condiments on hand (sugar, salt, pepper). The grocery store across the street had everything we needed. Having laundry available in the basement was helpful though allow plenty of time if you are used to American machines that run much quicker. (i travelled with laundry sheet and they worked well. I would highly recommend this apartment for its location, beauty and peacefulness.

Week-end prolongé dans cette jolie ville. Bel appartement avec vue sur l'eau. Nous étions 7 personnes et nous avons dû payé un supplément pour la 7ème personne alors que le logement est prévu pour 8 personnes. Je trouve ça pas très normal.

Sehr geräumige und gut gelegenes Wohnung

Toller und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit. Wohnung war so wie beschrieben, sehr sauber. Fantastische Lage an der Uferpromenade, Innenstadt von Konstanz fußläufig erreichbar, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß in 2min erreichbar; Sehr schöner Balkon, den wir genossen haben; Tiefgarage vorhanden (nicht nur angenehm, sondern notwendig, da Parken in direkter Umgebung nur schwer möglich!); einziger Wermutstropfen: Direkt an belebter Straße gelegen, daher hörbar, trotz hervorragende Geräuschisolierung; trotzdem eine absolute "Perle" und absolut zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank!

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Die schöne, große und sehr helle Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Man kann gut in die Stadt laufen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, aber auch Restaurants. Man kann die FeWo nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

不错的公寓

公寓的地理位置很好，距离超市和饭店都很近，出行便利。客厅很大，且能从阳台看到水域。缺点是卧室稍有些闷，因为天气比较冷，所以不能开窗换气，且卧室的窗户都是面临街道，开窗会有些吵。总体还是不错的~

Schöne Wohnung

Leider liegt die Wohnung an der Hauptstraße, so dass man nachts nicht das Fenster offen lassen kann. Da die Zimmer aber durch die Lüftungsanlage tatsächlich gut belüftet werden, ist das nur ein sehr kleiner Kritikpunkt - ansonsten war alles top.
