We had a wonderful stay!!
It is an adorable place and very clean! The property it peaceful and quiet, and has a wonderful country feel. It is a nice change if you want to get away from the city for a little bit.
It’s also pretty close to any restaurants or stores if you want to get out and tour around Waco.
Definitely recommend!!
This cabin was just wonderful - beautifully clean, bright, and comfortable. Set in a peaceful, country area, it was relaxing to look out at the large trees. The host was extremely responsive to any request we had and was quick to communicate and stay in touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Definitely recommend to others and we will stay again when in Waco.
Only stayed 1 night on the way back from San Antonio. It's a nice place. Peaceful and quiet. Perfect place for people who want to visit Waco area. Close to everything. Would recommend.
This is thecsecond time we have stayed at this property. Obviously we have enjoyed our previous and current stay and there is no doubt we will be back. Place is cozy, clean, large for 2 people and quier. Thank you very much!!
The house was so comfortable and clean. The towels were so thick and amazing. And the bed was sooooooo coft and comfortable! Was out like shout as soon as I got in bed!
Great place. Kitchen living area well designed. Comfortable and ver clean. Separate Mini Splits in living and bedroom area kept temperature very comfortable. Kitchen has a 4 electrical burners plus a good size oven. Microwave and keurig.
Bathroom very clean and practical with shower with bench if needed. Has two pocket doors so one can be in bedroom and have privacy . Entrance to bathroom through living area and bedroom.
Nice view to grazing cows and great setup of windows giving you sun all day long if wanted. All windows have privacy covers.
Not suited if you rely on WYFI or 4G/5G network as it's extremely unreliable but host has mentioned this on the property description.
Thank you fantastic place!!!

Comfortable
Rough start, the code had been changed by the manager, but the door was left unlocked, so we initially got right in. When we locked the door and then came back to the property, suddenly we were locked out. It was after dinner and late in the evening. We had to try and get ahold of the host, which took about 1.5 hours. Ultimately, we were given the new code and they brought us a lovely gift basket the next day as an apology. We appreciated the gift basket and understand how the problem happened. Great property and was wonderful otherwise.
This is the second time I have rented from this property owner. Both times my experience has been exceptional. The cottage this time was very clean and well appointed. Communication with the property manager is excellent. They are very timely to respond to any questions. To be honest, every time I’m scheduled to be in Waco I check for availability at their places first. Can’t say enough good.
Great place to stay and relax. Owners provided a lot of useful information and make it so easy to come and go. The cottage is perfect for a little piece and quiet.
Everything about this experience was great. The property owner was easy to communicate with and even gave activity suggestions. The property was so nice, clean, and quiet; a great place to unplug. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
This is a very well appointed property with everything you’d need for a couple.
Fancy country vibe. Close to town. Hard to find I’m the dark but welcoming once we found it. Located on skinny paved road. Easy access.
Bring a book. There is no TV or stereo at this property. Cute baby cows and horse just steps out the back. Spacious for small trailer. Would recommend. Very clean!!!
Ideal when taking ploughshare classes at Homestead Heritage
This was around 5 minutes from the Homestead Heritage Craft Village so it’s ideal for when visiting the area or taking multiple day classes there. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved being greeted every morning by the cows and horses in the pasture.
For any runners out there looking for a VRBO in this area—it’s surrounded by country roads I never ran the same route twice. Roads weren’t traveled much by heavy traffic and flat. Beautiful running scenery.
It was me and my wife’s first anniversary and we had a great time together. The place was peaceful and the host was more than enough accommodating to us. We came in with a lot of stress and this place allowed us to leave rested and peaceful. Thank you so much for hosting your home!
