We have been visiting Topsail Island for more than 40 years. This is one of the best houses we have ever rented. Or is not fancy, but it is soooo livable. The beds are fantastically comfortable and several have adjustable base options. The kitchen is one of the best-equipped we have ever experienced. The location is the real magic, though. This is probably the best stretch of beach on the island. And you are right on top of it, so that you might question whether it is worth setting up camp on the beach, maybe 60 feet away from your porch and its awesome barstools. Drawbacks: slogging uphill through the sand to get to the lower stair landing, the kitchen stools are enormous and unwieldy, and the A-frame design means you hear everything happening in the house (it is well soundproofed from the outside though). All in all hardly worth mentioning. We look forward to going back.

Exceeds expectations

The pictures and descriptions don’t do it justice. The house and outdoor living spaces are amazing. The beach is pristine, largely uninhabited and miles long in both directions.

Beautiful views! The home was furnished nicely and the kitchen has really good cookware. We will be coming back to stay at this house again. Staff was kind and the check in process was easy.
