T3, type duplex, 2éme et dernier étage avec ascenseur, sans vis à vis, très lumineux avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la chaine de montagnes (vue sur la RHUNE) , une terrasse plein sud équipée d'un store ou vous pouvez vous restaurer à l'abri du soleil.
Très calme, spacieux et très bien décoré, refait à neuf , et proche de toutes commodités (10 MN DE LA PLAGE A PIED et DU CENTRE VILLE).
Des commerces se trouvent au pied de la résidence (boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie, primeur, pizzeria, pressing, coiffeur et beauté, médecins).
Cet appartement dispose d'une suite parentale à l'étage et d'un salon avec un canapé convertible pouvant accueillir 2 adolescents .
La pièce de vie très lumineuse où se trouve une cuisine tout équipée et ouverte sur un salon et une salle à manger. Une chambre avec une salle d'eau se trouve également autour de la pièce de vie.
A votre disposition, deux parkings gratuits ainsi que la wifi.
Un arrêt de bus se trouve au pied de la résidence pour vous conduire du coté de Biarritz Bayonne ou dans l'autre sens St jean de Luz Ciboure.
Le linge de lit et serviettes ne sont pas fournis. Un service de location vous sera proposé.
Un ménage de qualité hôtelière est effectué un montant de 80€ vous sera demandé dés votre arrivée.

Great location, superb view on the balcony and a boulangerie on your door step!Lots of equipment in the kitchen.The only drawback is the lack of air conditioning when the weather is very hot in August but I understand that this is to be installed soon.St Jean de Luz is a lovely place to stay with great access to the seaside, including the Spanish coast and the Pyrenees.

Wir sind von unserer Gastgeberin herzlich empfangen und sehr gut informiert worden. Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100 % der Beschreibung und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Genossen haben wir den großzügigen Balkon mit der schönen Aussicht auf "La Rhune". Ein Vorteil ist auch die Lage der Wohnuung - eine Bäckerei, ein Imbiss mit Pizza und eine Fischhandlung sind fußläufig in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.

Un séjour parfait au Pays Basque

Accueil très chaleureux, simple et prévenant de Martine et Philippe. Superbe appartement, propre, très bien équipé avec vue imprenable sur la Rhune. Place de parking. Boulangerie et commerces au pied de la résidence. Situation centrale (à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville, 15 de la plage), au calme. C'était parfait. Superbe recommandation.

Agréable séjour

Location agréable pour un court séjour. Un peu loin de la mer pour nous qui venions pour faire la traversée de la baie à la nage donc beaucoup d’ allers et retours vers la mer tout au long du séjour. Les petites attentions : beaucoup de papier toilette et les produits de bains dans les salles d’eau sont appréciables quand on arrive. Ne reste plus que les lits faits et c’est le top 😉 Mention spéciale à la personne que nous avons vu à notre arrivée et à notre départ.
