This is a great condo! Pretty, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Mattresses in both bedrooms slept like they are new. The location is ideal for fun on Lake Monroe. It's just about a mile off Fairfax road and the park's entrance. The balcony is private, and we watched deer graze and lounge every evening from it. A great find!

Condo was bigger than expected. Very clean and well stocked. It seems that there are multiple pools on site so the hot tub is probably at one further from the location. A stand alone pool is very close to the property though. There aren’t many grocery stores around so make sure to grab the necessities. Great stay overall.

It’s a bit of a drive from Bloomington and definitely get your supplies before you get there as it’s rural but that’s also the charm. We were only there for a quick overnight to move daughter in to IU and wanted to avoid the 1000 plus hotel prices in Bloomington. Worked out great. Super clean and serene. Had some extras that you don’t plan on like condiments and some snacks left. Well kept up inside. If wanting to use golf course and facilities or lake great location. Top notch communication and ease. Great choice.

Lovely second floor golf course condominium with nice balcony view. Very quiet with comfortable kitchen/living room/dining area. Bathrooms adjacent to both bedrooms allows privacy. Quality restaurant on the golf course is convenient and we were happy to be able to enjoy live music.
