About this property

This beautifully decorated condo is on the first floor which means you have direct access to the promenade, pools and the beach without having to take the elevator! Wonderful 3 BR Condo has been lovingly updated with tile, hardwood floors and granite in the renovated kitchens and baths, plus there are TV's in every bedroom. There are multiple indoor and outdoor swimming pools and daily activities for the kids. There is one assigned and one at-large parking space. No more than two cars allowed per unit. Guests pay a $120 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights in the off-season. NO PETS!! NO SMOKING!! Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Sea Colony charges a badge fee per guest (ages 4+) per week of $15 from the dates of1/1/23-5/5/23 & 9/23/23-3/31/24, a $25 fee from 5/6/23-6/9/23 & 9/16/23-9/22/23, & a fee of $50 from 6/10/23 -9/15/23 payable at the Marketplace at Sea Colony. Dates for 2024 TBD. The Sea Colony amenity fees will be in addition to quote amount on VRBO site.

Great little condo

Nice clean condo and perfect to walk out back sliding doors to the beach and pool ! Perfect location across the street to a little plaza with some restaurants. Also a shirt drive from Bethany Beach board walk with plenty of other restaurants/shops. All and all pleasantly surprised with our family trip. Will definitely come back again.

Total disappointment

Pictures on website of property was dated compared to the actual condition of the rental unit. Floor was dirty with dust balls under beds and chairs. Front bedroom with ocean view was cumbersome to open drawers since it was too close to the bed. TV hung on the wall had exposed wiring and dangling cable boxes (looked thrown together/ unsitely). Washer and dryer did not thoroughly clean or dry clothes ( had to run several times with the same clothes in it.) Bed frame in the back room would not hold the mattress. It kept falling onto the floor. Just a mess overall. Would not re-rent. There is more but it makes me ill thinking that we had to pay full rates when the services the day after Labor Day was reduced at Sea Colony. Had to stay by Edgewater Unit for umbrellas/chair setups each day since the other stations were closed for the season. Very unsettling vacation.
