Sea Colony Ocean Front

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely, exactly as described. Wilgus provided all the necessary information ahead of time, check in and check out were easy.

1402 Edgewater

The unit was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating. Walking in to see the ocean view was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again. We have stayed for over 15 years in various units at Sea Colony rented through Resort Quest/Vacasa. We do have several recommendations for the unit. The AC was set to where it returned to 74 degrees and it was very often quite warm. The bedspread on the twin bed in the second bedroom was stained. It was very strange and unusual to make the beds and then unmake them. We have never experienced that before and we always order linen service. It would be a nice touch to include a few extra items for guests like many other owners do such as tape, scissors, small tablet, a few dish detergent cubes, a roll of paper towels, placemats, etc. The rusted table on the porch was unusable. Clarification on to where to park is needed because it was very difficult to find our spot and it took a long time to find it unlike other times. We did a have great vacation staying there.
