Gorgeous fully remodeled stand-alone independent cottage six blocks from Lake Ave. This cottage sits in the back of a house but has complete privacy and independence including a fully fenced-in patio.
It is a one-bedroom unit with a kitchenette and even it's own washer and dryer.
Wonderful, brand-new split AC system is extremely quiet and as cold as you'd like it.
Patio is a nice size and features chairs, grill and even a hammock.
Parking in the ally right outside your door.

Why they chose this property

This is a great space for one or two people. It has it's own private outdoor area, its own washer and dryer, dedicated parking right out side the door. It is located in a beautiful historic district of Lake Worth Beach and it's only a 4 block walk to Bryant park where you can see the beautiful waters of the intercostal. Lake Avenue is 6 blocks away with great restaurants, galleries, shops and bars.
