With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, including a bunk room for 4, there is ample space to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests.



Guests will delight in the many upgraded features and luxury amenities of this Lower Deer Valley home. The gourmet eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked or private chef-prepared meals and opens to a large dining room that seats 12 to 14 people. The space transitions seamlessly to a large wrap-around deck and a secluded backyard featuring an in-line Weber grill, a private hot tub, and Adirondack chairs for ideal outdoor living. Inside, you can cozy up by one of the multiple gas fireplaces or head to the media room to enjoy a game of pool or stream a film on the large Smart TV.
