Our group of 4 adults had a very nice stay. The house was clean and well appointed. Very comfortable beds. Quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. Convenient to the restaurants and bars on Main Street. We took advantage of the nearby tennis court each day.
Everything was exactly as the ad states! Very accommodating host and very clean and practical property! Will definitely stay again when I’m in the area!
The stay was great! Very well located and walking distance to a bunch of things. Check in was smooth and the facilities in the house were very nice and up-to-date.

You and your group were great! Thanks for staying with us. We would love to host you again in the future!
Perfect. Perfect location to all Ann Arbor has to offer. Perfect set up for a family weekend—-like small children to grandparents. I mean, 2 parks within a short walk AND the Gandee Dancer! What! Clean. As in plenty of towels clean. And the host is wonderful. Perfect. We will be back!
Only in Ann Abor for two days, great accommodations and location. Will stay here again if needed!

I believe there is a problem with spiders and ants. Although the house is clean enough the quality of it definitely doesn’t fit the advertisement. With so many rules posted everywhere (including be quiet, even though we suffered a party until 10:30 across the street) some of us tried not to use their things. I left bathroom upstairs untouched and took our trash home to avoid breaking rules. Communication is timely but very rocky. It’s easy to process a successful booking but any questions or concerns will frustrate them.
This place is great - cute, close to town, private, sleeps a lot of people with comfort. Nicely stocked with everything you might need, including shampoos, soaps and toothbrushes. Communication was terrific and prompt. One note if you are planning to bring a pet - while it says "pet friendly" read the fine print. The fee is per pet, per night. My sister (a veterinarian and landlord) had to leave her tiny dog with her college daughter and her 11 roommates even though I was already paying quite a lot for my 2 tiny hypoallergenic dogs. The photos of the dog's adventures that night were priceless though.
This property looks just like the pictures- updated decor and very clean. The location is within a mile of the heart of downtown Ann Arbor. We had a great stay and will seek it out in the future.
We had to book last minute and the hosts were very accommodating to our circumstances. The house was lovely and had everything you would need from the bathroom, kitchen, etc. Overall very happy with our stay.

The house was charming. The rooms were comfortable and the house was very well maintained. Close to shopping and dinning, all while being in a quiet area.
The house was great. We had four of us so we each had our own bedroom.I was only a five minute drive to downtown Ann Arbor. We will try to stay there next time we are in town.
