About this property

Be Our Guest...

The end unit townhome is well furnished and very comfortable. There is a private heated pool, covered patio area and a privacy screened lanai with enough room to gather and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. There is also plenty of indoor space to spread out and play any of the provided games at the large table or watch a movie on the blue-ray disc player in front of the 60" flat screen television in the spacious living room. The kitchen is well stocked with service for 12 and many common small appliances. Each bedroom has a 37" flat screen television, there are extra blankets and plenty of towels supplied for each guest. There are private laundry facilities in the townhome including a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are two ensuite bedrooms with king sized beds and two more bathrooms to accomodate the other 3 bedrooms. This is the perfect place to shelter in with your group or take advantage of the resort facilities including a large pool, hot tub, playground, arcade, movie theatre, fitness center, vollyball, tennis and basketball courts. The townhome is in close proximity to many nearby attractions, including Disney, Universal and the Atlantic ocean to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the west; whatever you time away looks like, this is the perfect place for you.
