10 day stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. We stayed 10 days and it was perfect for us. The house had everything we needed and is as advertised. There is a lot of space and the AC was perfect for cooling down after a long day at the parks. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, and we felt very safe here as it is a gated community with security patrolling. The drive to Disney World was reasonable and easy to navigate. Amit was quick to reply to any questions and was very accommodating by allowing us a late check out. We would highly recommend this to any family.

Friendly owner and staff

Very nice accommodations

Plenty of room for 6 golfers. Everything worked well. Had to buy bar soap, liquid soap, dish washer soap, grill lighter, coffee filters, salt and garbage bags. We would return next year but our group is usually 8 golfers.

Nice Home Rental Next to Disney Spring

I have 2- issue with this home rental property ! The first issue is that during my 4 night stay.. The washer machine works fine and the dryer machine did not work at all !I reported to the property Manager on my first day and they say that they will take care of that issue, but never fix it during my 4 night stay ! My second issue is the Security Automation No guard gate, the issued is that machine that read the bar-code during the day time and day light the scanner bar-code has a hard time reading your access code !! A key pad is needed to fix this issued !!

Simply Outstanding

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious villa! It is very exceptional home to spend quality vacation. We arrived on the 7th of June 2015 and left on the 14th of June 2015. The villa is extremely spacious, clean, and furnished neatly and tidily. We had everything we needed and the kitchen was fully equipped. The heated pool & Jacuzzi were amazing and spent hours swimming even when the weather was cold! Very close to shopping plaza as well as the highway. I loved the Webers grill and the Curved Ultra high definition TV … decided to buy one for me, I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a wonderful time. We would definitely stay at this property in the future.

First VRBO experience a success

This was our first VRBO experience and we were nervous about what would happen. The experience was great and we'll definitely do it again. This property was well maintained and a pleasure to stay in. We traveled with 11 people and comfortably fit into the space. The pictures are accurate and the owner is a super nice guy. We had some brief confusion at check in due to some old instructions from VRBO but the owner responded within minutes of the call and resolved the issue. In addition to the rental (and the pool it already has), it provides access to a resort community pool and bar which was well maintained and fun to hang out at if you wanted to hang out at the bigger pool. It's also very close to Disney and the surrounding theme parks. Overall, i would recommend this property and would likely rebook again if my family is in the Orlando area.

Beautiful home - spacious and perfect for families sharing a vacation!

The home was beautiful and the televisions were top notch! I had to call maintenance for a few minor things but they responded quickly. One thing we were disappointed to find out is that it cost extra to have the hot tub actually heated... I guess that is a known thing in Florida but since we are not from there we were definitely surprised to find out it was an extra cost. I would highly recommend this house for sure especially if you plan on relaxing and eating your meals at home. (If you are busy planning a Disney/universal trip you won't be able to enjoy the home) The owner was fantastic to communicate with. Any questions I had, he responded promptly and with the appropriate answers.

The perfect Florida vacation home

Stepping into this 6-bedroom villa at Paradise Palms Resort is like finding a slice of heaven in Orlando. It's perfect for big families or groups, offering a sweet mix of togetherness and private chill-out spots for large groups of guests. We liked this Place because Prime Location:** Disney World and Universal Studios are just around the corner. Disney-Themed Rooms: Add a sprinkle of magic to your stay. Easy Clubhouse Access:A relaxing boardwalk stroll away. Awesome Amenities:Luxurious clubhouse, massive pool, spa, and more for all ages.

Bed bugs

It’s unfortunate that i have to leave this review however, at the recommendation of VRBO customer support I was advised to do so in order to get the resolution that I am seeking which at this point is to be compensated for what my family and I endured while at this property. Bed bugs in one of the bedrooms were discovered the very 1st evening of our stay. The property management company, the maintenance team and the exterminator were all a part of the process. They took photos of the bed bugs in the room on the bed and treated the room however, the room was unusable for the rest of our stay. Paying for a 6 bdrm home when only 5 bdrms can be used is not acceptable. Being inconvenienced our entire stay as there were no other properties available is a horrible family vacation memory. I rented this property 5/27-5/30. The last communication received from Amit (property owner) was 6/16 stating he would reach out to me early the next week. It’s been 34 days as of today and I have not been contacted. In good faith, I trusted there would be integrity in making this right and I have given more than enough time for this to be resolved. VRBO agreed that enough time for an owner response has passed and to leave a poor review as a last effort for response to gain attention to this matter.

We will be back

This is second time renting this beautiful home and we can’t wait to go back for a third visit. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Even with a party of 12, we all had plenty of room. The house is stocked with everything you need, they think of everything. The clubhouse is a short enjoyable walk from the house and we loved all the amenities. The resort style pool and bar do not disappoint. This is where we spent our rest days. The house is a 5 minute drive to Walmart, Publix, Target and tons of restaurants. It never took us longer than 30 minutes to get to any of the Disney Parks. Amit is a dream to work with and gets an A+ for communication. If you are thinking about renting this house, just do it.

Excellent property for a large group

We stayed in April 2022. The property was clean and well presented, and as we expected based on the photos - although the four chairs in the upstairs communal area weren't there. Plenty of towels and tea towels were available and there was a small bottle of washing-up liquid and a couple of dishwasher tablets to get us started. Check in was straightforward and we had no problems getting into the villa. One family in our group didn't have a car and getting in and out of the gate turned out to be a bit more complicated for them. If you are relying on taxis/Ubers, be sure to pick up a vehicle pass from the main gate when arriving and find out the code for the pedestrian gate while you're there. The villa was a good size for our group of 11, with enough room for everyone to have a bit of privacy but also plenty of communal space to all get together when we wanted to. We did have a few small issues, the main one being that the pool heat hadn't been switched on before we arrived, but everything reported to Amit was quickly sorted out. The location is excellent, in a pleasant and safe area. It's not too far from Universal, perhaps 30 mins in good traffic, and very close (15 mins) to Disney with plenty of shops and restaurants within easy reach on Route 192. Amit was an excellent host; he responded quickly to our messages and got problems sorted out fast. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this villa again and would happily recommend it to anyone else looking for similar accommodation.

The property was clean and in a nice area for visiting the Disney Parks.

We had some travel issues but the property manager was helpful and easy to communicate with through our changes. Great area. Clean. And an awesome set up for my family visiting Disney. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the pool!

Beautiful home, ideal location

The pictures do not do justice for the amazing size of this beautiful home. The themed rooms are an added bonus. The Harry Potter room is not for muggles. The kitchen easily accommodated a buffet spread for the holiday. Multiple bathrooms provided the much needed privacy afterwards. The heated pool and a couple of games of beach ball volleyball provided the best way ever to end the day. I would highly recommend this home for families and adults.

Great location

Perfect location for a family vacation. Especially if you are heading to Disney or Universal. Also within driving distance from some fantastic beaches. This home is very spacious, so my family of 6 pluses 3 relatives were able to stay all under one roof comfortably.

Review

When we arrived to the property the gas grill that we paid to use was nasty and had mold on it. There was only one trash bag supplied to use for our 3 night stay. There was not enough towels to accommodate 13 people. We ended up having to buy trash bags and towels while there.

The house looks exactly as advertised that was a plus.

Pre-registration didn't help at all since no bothered to check the email. When we arrived there was a wet dirty towel outside by the pool in a chair and also in one of the bathrooms there was a dirty wash rag(which remained there I didn't touch it). Also eyelashes were left along the pools edge. (Also still sitting there). If there being sterilized and cleaned after every guest how could that be missed. We were a little bothered by that but the sheets seemed cleaned and everything else seemed ok.
