Convenient parking and good access to the parking lot as well as the grounds. Would like it closer to ocean but it was very nicely furnished and spacious. Would return but understand the county is now going to require one month minimum stay. We can't come for that length of time and wonder how it will affect rentals in general.

Unit 118

The unit was very nice! Loved the 1st floor and being able to allow our 2 year old just run around in the grass while we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The unit was well equipped with pots, dishes, and silverware. The couch sits low to ground and could use replacing. The only thing wrong was that the unit had not been cleaned good. There was sheet rock dust on the furniture and the sliding glass doors were dirty which is very surprising. I have been staying at Errol by The Sea for over 40 years and never had a problem with the cleaniness of a unit until this trip. The pool and pool deck is so nice and love the new entrance into the pools. Very sad to hear that in future units at Errol By The Sea will only be available to rent by the month as I had plans on raising my grandchildren coming to stay there every year as I have done for the past 43 years.
