Absolutely perfect!

We had a wonderful time here in Falicon. The house was perfectly clean and super comfortable. The estate is in a very calm area and is absolutely beautiful. Philipe and his wife are very kind and are always ambitious to help or answer any questions. Thank you very much for everything Philippe! We will definitely come back! Merci beaucop!

Gerne wieder!

Das Häuschen und deren Umgebung ist wirklich toll! Insgesamt waren wir sehr erfreut über den guten Zustand des Gebäudes und der Freundlichkeit der Vermieter. Zwar befindet sich der Ort etwas abgelegen, aber um Nizza und Umgebung anzusehen ist es völlig in Ordnung. Das Gebäude befindet sich in einem „Resort“ und es ist ruhig abgelegen. Wer nicht direkt am Haus parken möchte, findet genügend Parkplätze in der Umgebung. Auch super ist es, dass man mit dem Auto in ca. 15 min in einem kostenlosen Parkhaus gelangt, welches direkt an der Straßenbahn von Nizza angeschlossen ist. Wünschenswert wäre eine Aufbesserung der Küchenutensilien.

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréable à Nice. Le logement de Philippe est tres spacieux et l’exterieur avec la piscine tres agreable. L’hôte est tres accueillant et sympathique. Je recommande vivement. Le logement se trouve dans un quartier securisé et tres calme en pleine nature.

Semaine agréable dans un cadre très appréciable et très calme. Lydia et Philippe nous ont accueillis de façon très sympathique. Philippe a prit le temps de nous orienter vers les divers sites à visiter, les bons restaurants du coin et les endroits où se garer sans se ruiner. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
