Zephyr Cove Snowmobiling Tours are just under seven miles away for you winter birds to see the area in a whole new way. Do not worry summer-loving guests Clearly Tahoe is nine and a half miles away offers unique tours of the lake through clear-bottom kayak tours. Hiking trails at the end of our street. Kingsbury North Trailhead is under two miles hike away. Lake Tahoe is five to seven miles away (depending on your preferred site) perfect for you to spend the day lakeside. Zephyr Cove with beach volley ball nets, big beaches, and boat rentals 6.4 miles away.

Occupancy Rules:

*Per Douglas County rules: Weddings of any kind are NOT allowed anywhere on the property. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.

*Only 8 persons are allowed at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.

*Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.

*Please be neighborly! Help us to keep our home a vacation rental! Our home is in a residential neighborhood, and Douglas County has STRICT NOISE ORDINANCES that must be adhered to (including but not limited to around the hot tub. Quiet hours from 9pm - 8am DAILY).

*Hot tub use is not allowed between 9 pm - 8 am.

*Smoking is not permitted on the property.

*Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise will result in eviction at your expense including loss of deposit and may result in additional fines (you will be responsible for any fines incurred). Noise monitoring equipment is installed and monitored (does not listen or record).

Parking Notes:

Please adhere to the NevadaDOT traffic advisories during winter storms. Traction tires and/or 4x4s drive may be required.

4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit.
