Private deck entrance to a spacious suite separate from the house. Large airy bathroom with a rain shower. Small kitchenette to brew that morning coffee. The suite is large with a separate lounge area. Control your own climate with an in-suite mini-split HVAC system.

Turn the thermostat to 75 degrees. Unlatch the chain lock on the interior door before leaving. Hang used towels over the shower enclosure.

Wonderful place to stay for our short visit. Clean, comfortable room with a large bathroom and small kitchenette. Quiet, safe, secure neighborhood which made us comfortable to leave my daughter's car full of her move-in bags and boxes while we spent time visiting the nearby beaches.

This was probably one of my favorites!! It literally has everything you need an nothing you dont , its placement is awesome your about 6 miles from anything you wanna do !! It was clean , crisp sheets ,mattress was amazingly comfortable. All in all it was spectacular

Great for a weekend beach trip!

The suite was clean, comfy, and the perfect size for 2. The neighborhood felt safe and was pretty close to everything we wanted to do. We had a great stay and would definitely return!

Beautiful Place!

Start of an Annual Beach trip

My best friend and I really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean and well communicated to us, and all the restaurant recommendations were well appreciated! Paul communicates wonderfully and anyone who needs a chill space to stay for a weekend will find a good one at this location

Super cute and clean spot!

I took my 2 kids to see a concert in the area, so it was just us 3. The room was larger than expected. Very clean and cozy. Location was ideal for downtown Wilmington access. We had a great stay!
