The condo is exactly like the pictures. Very nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you might need. The view and location are phenomenal, the sunsets from the balcony are fantastic. There is almost no need to leave the condo!Robin was so easy to work with and her communication was great. Highly recommend this condo.

This place was the perfect spot for a chill, low-key getaway with convenient access to the beach. My group was looking for somewhere we could just relax on the beach, hang out on the porch, and not have to stress about anything—and that’s exactly what we got.The condo itself was very clean and stocked with all the necessities, so we didn’t have to worry about bringing or buying much once we arrived. Overall, it made for an easy, relaxing stay and exactly the kind of escape we were hoping for.

Wonderful Spot on the Bay

Lovely place for a vacation on the bay. Perfect for your littles, including our 7 and 9 year olds who enjoyed running out to the sand each morning - which is fully visible from the patio. Great view of boats motoring through the bay. Would love to stay again.

The property itself is fantastic, but the views of the bay across the entire living room and bedroom made our stay surreal. I spent every morning sitting on the balcony sipping my coffee with a book in hand.

Fantastic View and Bat beach access

The location was wonderful. The place overlooks the water and has a nice deck for watching the sun set. The kitchen was wonderful and so was the main bedroom. But the other two rooms were not too clean and were in need of some repairs. Washer dryer was wonderful to have.

Overall, the condo was very nice; clean on arrival and location was very convenient. The drawbacks were that in one bedroom there were shades, however, the shades did not keep the light out. At night, the whole side of the building was lit up and all night I had difficulty sleeping. It felt as if we had a light on in the room. The bed in that room was very uncomfortable (stiff as a board). The master bedroom had a glass panel that was not covered so in the morning (5am) the light came through and made sleeping difficult. The bay was very convenient and easy to get to for the little ones and all the materials and equipment needed for beach.

60th Birthday Celebration in Dewey Beach

The property was beautiful! Perfect location with a lovely view. While the weather was cold (it is March) waking up to a water view is always spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, clean, updated and very accomodating for 6 adult women. Check in process was seamless. Communication with Linda and Robin was excellant - They were very responsive and nice while answering all my questions about the location and rental. I would definitely go back to their beautiful condo with friends and my family.

My family of 5 plus pup booked a super last minute 4 night stay here and had a wonderful time. On a whim, I reached out the night before and the owners responded very quickly that it was available. The next morning we were on our way. We enjoyed being on the quiet bayside. Condo is spacious with everything you will need and everything that is shown and advertised. We ate out almost every meal and really enjoyed Lighthouse and Nalu across the street. We spent our time on the beach (very short walk across street), at the pool, at the bayside beach, shopping and even on a banana boat which we booked right next to Rusty Rudder. Thanks for letting us stay in your condo last minute!

Great location with all the amenities!

This unit had everything we needed for an enjoyable Labor Day weekend. The balcony overlooking the bay was everything! My 20-somethings enjoyed the beach, pool, and nearby nightlife, while my elderly parents and I enjoyed the balcony. Perfect location. We'll be back!

Best Location in Dewey!

Absolutely gorgeous property! The view of the bay is incredible. The bunkbed room is perfect for kids. Our 2 year old took great naps since the room doesn't have windows. We had a few issues but Robin was incredibly helpful and responded immediately. Our keycard did not work for the door right outside of our condo, which was disappointing. We could get out but not back in so we had to loop around. This was not an issue with the owner, however, but rather with the complex as others in the building had the same issue. Otherise, we had an amazing vacation!
