This 4th floor studio at The Florence is just the place to spend your peaceful beach vacation. Just remodeled with coastal colors, you will be relaxed in no time.
Self check in is easy and with your personal code and Keyless entry. No need to keep up with keys either!
Enjoy watching the waves from the private furnished balcony facing south. The comfy queen bed & queen sofa sleeper accommodates up to 4 guests. We use good quality cotton sheets and supply plenty of towels.
Pack light and use the beach towels, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and small cooler we supply for our guests to use.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.
Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required.
Max guests: This unit must not exceed 4 guests.

Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.

The place was so dirty there was still urine let on the side of the toilet balcony dirty the tables and chairs were so dirty you could not sit on them there was trash in the bbq area i watch a guest clean it out and use it hot tub was dirty and had sand in it the pool was closed .i dont think the floor got sweep before we for there we left 2days early just could not take the dirty place and more.

Great studio on the beach!

We had a wonderful stay in this studio that had direct beach access, a pool and a hot tub on site. The only disappointment was finding out this beach has naturally occurring tar which you have to scrub from your feet after every beach walk or visit. That was a bit of a letdown but overall we had a great time!

Too small for 4

Location was great. Beach access is about the easiest it can get. The condo is too small for 4. There wasnt enough space to move around. You will find yourself standing if someone else is moving around. We easily ran out of toilet paper. We came prepared will plenty of beach stuff. Whats there is very minimal. Good overall

really nice listing, perfectly set up with very private outdoor sitting area and astro turf yard. Very spacious and quiet and minutes away from world class fishing. Really enjoyed the location of this property! Quick easy, walk to the beach and has all the amenities to rinse off after enjoying the beach. Centrally located for the most part and room was very clean. Definitely would recommend.

A Gem of A Condo

Our stay couldn't have been better. Everything you would need was provided, including beach towels. Extremely clean and the location cannot be beat especially for the price. We would definitely stay here again if possible.

Adorable condo

The studio condo had everything we needed. It was the best location-steps from the beach! The condo was supplied with everything you need to have a great time. We stayed for about a month with our dog, and it couldn’t have been better! I’d definitely book this location again.

Great little place!

My cousin and I stayed for an extra long girls' weekend in Feb and were extremely pleased with the accommodations. It is very small, but it's all we needed. The view from the balcony is great and the extras that the hosts provide (keyless entry, beach chairs, small cooler, beach umbrella, beach towels, soft bedding, etc) make you feel safe and right at home. We would absolutely stay again if given the opportunity.

Spring Break 2024

We had a fantastic time in SPI. The condo is a tight fit for a family of 4 and a dog but definitely doable. It was clean and well-stocked. Location can’t be beat! Extra security paid for by the building during Spring Break was also greatly appreciated, and the owners were very responsive! Highly recommend this condo.

Great little condo

The condo was clean. We struggled getting the direct tv going. I would ask the host to provide better instructions on how to get that going. I would also ask the host to get some kind of foam mattress cushion to add the the sofa couch. Plenty of basic necessities like dishes and cooking utensils they even had basic beach items like chairs towels and an umbrella. I would definitely stay here again.

Gulf View

Everything about the booking was seamless. Laura and Judy answered every question immediately which made the 3 day stay perfect. There is a beautiful view of the gulf from the patio where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch on the furniture provided. Everything was clean, in its place and easy to find. Access to the beach is immediate from the covered parking lot and thru the pool area. Plenty food options one street across and easily walkable. Highly reccommend for any couple wanting a few days relax with no hassle. TY SPI Condo Ladies
