We had a great stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with plenty of restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. The garage parking spot was definitely the biggest perk and made staying in Chicago so much easier and more convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was impeccable. It was spacious and perfect while visiting the city with my husband and two small dogs. The neighborhood is quiet but accessible to everything you’d want to do in the city. Will certainly be back!

One of the best VRBO rental experiences. Clean and a great kitchen with all of the needed utensils and glassware.Host was responsesive and check-in/checkout was simple. Off street parking a huge plus!

Jessica was an excellent host, answered questions quickly and had a lovely property. Her property manager, Shannon, was helpful and provided many recommendations to us. She was knowledgeable about the property, answered all of our questions and made sure we had a worry free stay. Shannon made excellent suggestions for places to try in the neighborhood and things to do around the city. The entire place was clean, well provisioned and smelled great.The bed was a good balance of firm but not hard and pillows were new and fluffy. Even the pull out couch bed was comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels made our stay feel like home.The balcony was the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning and a beer at the end of the evening. Neighborhood is quiet, folks are friendly, we felt safe walking to local restaurants and bars.We will book this home again when we return to Chicago.Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Great place, better than the pictures. Clean, cozy, and private parking. What a gem! Adult used the fold out spare bed and it was comfortable. The shower is dreamy, great pillows. Very responsive host, clear instructions on getting in and out. This is everything you want. I hope to stay anytime we are back in Chicago.

My son and I have appreciated very much our stay, The house is extremely confortable and clean. It is nice to relax on the patio after a long day of walking. We find good restaurants in the neighbourhood and the house is at walkable distance to buses to everywhere in town.

Everything about this VRBO was amazing. It was extremely clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans and utensils you would ever need. Plenty of towels and bathroom necessities. Plenty of extra blankets.The owner and property manager were excellent in the way they communicated with us. The location was great with coffee shops and restaurants a close walk away. Did I mention how clean it was. This is definitely going to be our go to VRBO booking whenever we travel to Chicago. In fact we already booked it for our next visit.
