Beautiful condo Resort complex in Kissimmee 15 minutes away from Disney parks. Excellent access to highways, shopping, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and 30 min from Orlando International Airport. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Downstairs has 1 master suite king size bed with a private bathroom. Upstairs room 2 with king-size bed, room 3 has 2 double size beds and full bathroom +sofacama. It's ideal for families looking for comfort, relaxation, and a great location.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1. Checkout Time: ⏰ by 10:00 AM.
2. Trash: 🗑️ Take all trash to the dumpster inside the community.
3. Dishes: 🍽️ Wash used dishes or load the dishwasher
4. Food: 🥫 Remove all perishable food items from the fridge & Linens: 5. Towels: 🛏️ Place in the bathroom and leave beds unmade.
6. AC/Heating: ❄️🌡️ Set thermostat to 75 degrees.
7. Lights & Appliances: 💡 Turn off all lights, electronics, and small appliances.
8. Keys & Access: 🔑 Return keys/fobs/remotes to the lockbox and make sure the front door is locked securely.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
