Beautiful condo Resort complex in Kissimmee 15 minutes away from Disney parks. Excellent access to highways, shopping, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and 30 min from Orlando International Airport. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Downstairs has 1 master suite king size bed with a private bathroom. Upstairs room 2 with king-size bed, room 3 has 2 double size beds and full bathroom +sofacama. It's ideal for families looking for comfort, relaxation, and a great location.

We enjoyed how centrally located this place is to so many attractions including Disney World.The accommodations were very clean. The host was on point with communication and directions for check-in. The grounds are very well kept and a nice friendly family place.We will be back for sure!

Orlando Disney Trip

Nice and Clean place and close to everything and outstanding communication from owner. Our family had a nice short getaway in Orlando and went to Animal Kingdom and Dianey !

Great Stay - Close to Disney and amenities

Overall great stay. Host was very responsive and met us upon arrival. The rooms were clean and large. The pool was nice and the gated community was safe. Would rent here again! House is stocked with essentials for the first few days but a visit to Target/Walmart is needed for extended stays.

Ideal for shopping, the location is perfect.

The property was very nice and clean, in a quiet location where you can rest easily. However, there was an issue in the last few days where the breaker tripped, causing half the house to lose power. "Overall, we would love to come again."

Extended Family Vacation

Kind and hospitable host through phone communication. They were able to accommodate earlier check-in. The property did not have all that we expected for our stay. - Things we needed to buy: garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, can opener, LaundrySoap, Hand soap -Things needed to be clean: Bar of soap was opened and used, Soap scum layers on laundry machines -Broken: 4 Lightbulbs were burnt out, broken toilet paper holder upstairs, broken drawers in master bedroom -Basic soaps were 1 set of travel size in each bathroom (for family of 10 for a week). - Towels: 1 kitchen dish towel, 0 wash cloths, 1 bath towel per guest, 0 wash cloths. -Community Pool is cold and playground is janky. Overall, great location for Orlando vacation. Good condo structure. The hospitality of what is in the condo and how it is taken care of could use some TLC. It suited us well for a budget vacation.

The master bedroom tub was stopped up. I asked for them to send somebody out they never sent anybody I was there three days. Every day I was there I had a problem with the keypad not working properly. And right at the front door smelled like dog poop they need to clean around the property a little more.
