We've stayed at Ty & Meryl's beach condo a few times and it is always clean, comfortable and they are always accommodating. The views from the balcony are exceptional and we were blessed with a full moon over the Gulf.

This could not have been a more perfect place to stay!! In the action yet quiet. Beautiful 2br/bath with an incredible view of the beach. 2nd time staying at this condo and it is always excellent. It is always clean, parking is easy, and it has the best views. Perfect for my little family’s weekend vacation. The owner/host is wonderful as well. I always keep this condo saved in my favorites for when we plan to return to Gulf Shores.

I have never experienced such disregard for our property. Not only did you leave trash everywhere, candy was stuck to the flooring, food debris was left on floors and countertops and furniture. It is difficult for me to fully describe how disgusting the condo was when I arrived following your departure. I reported you to VRBO in the hopes that you will never be allowed to rent again.

We had such a wonderful time. Was exactly as described. Very homey, welcoming, and communication was great. Parking, beach access, the pool and the fitness center were all very convenient. The whole condo is very well taken care of and you can tell everyone puts a lot of heart into it. Would definitely come back!

We had the best time. Communication was outstanding, property was great, security was always present, Joe was an exceptional security guard and such a people person. The condo was very clean, had the best a/c ive encountered in gulf shores, water pressure was stron, water was hot, toilets flushed quickly with no issues, the rooms were large and comfortable with a bath in each, the balcony was huge, the building had a gym, sauna, and steam room which i thoroughly enjoyed i will definitely stay here again!

exceptionally clean condo very comfortable with a beautiful view . The interior is furnished in an austere style giving it a very open & uncluttered feel .Coffee drinkers be aware no drip coffee maker the kitchen is equipped with a Keurig -style machine bring pods .The hosts were super accommodating and responsive a great spot for a tidy well located getaway !
