Flat on two levels equipped with air conditioning in a beautiful Provencal country house located near the village of Le Rouret and its shops. Independent entrance and terrace not overlooked. Surrounded by olive trees several hundred years old, decorated with taste and refinement, and benefiting from all the comfort, the Bastide Saint-Joseph will seduce you. Its 1700 m2 garden, planted with Mediterranean plants, and its magnificent swimming pool perfectly integrated into the site contribute to its charm. Away from the traffic, you will appreciate the calm. The shaded areas: terraces, pool deck, will offer you very pleasant places to rest. A barbecue and sunbeds are at your disposal. Parking on the property.
Heated swimming pool, accessible from spring to early autumn. Separate pool area with a fence and a child safety gate. Children will enjoy the playground with a playhouse, swings and a toboggan which is at their disposal.
La Bastide is located near the main places to visit and only 15km from the nearest beach.
Generally, it is the owners who welcome you on the day of your arrival. Their presence is discreet. They are however at your disposal to give you all the information you may need for the organisation of your holidays. The maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden is taken care of by them, thus relieving you of all worries. Water, electricity and gas charges are included in the price of your stay.
Linen is provided for the bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms.
A cot, high chair, baby bath and baby changing pad can be provided on request.

Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen mit guter Ausgangslage für Küste und Hinterland

Die kleine, aber feine Wohnung bei Françoise und Philippe war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben dort eine gute Woche mit unserem 1-jährigen und 3-jährigen Kind verbracht. Für die Kinder war es gut ausgestattet (Kinderstuhl, optional Wickelunterlage, Schaukel und Rutsche). Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der wunderschöne Garten mit Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Philippe und Françoise haben uns herzlich empfangen und mit allen notwendigen Infos versorgt. Außerdem waren sie stets erreichbar, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Man braucht zwingend ein Auto, um hier Supermarkt, Restaurants und Ausflugsziele zu erreichen.

Wunderbar ruhig und sehr gepflegt!

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar oben an einem Hügel in einem kleinen Ort in der Nähe von Grasse. Als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Exkursionen nach Nizza, Cannes und Èze sowie für Wanderungen war das sehr geeignet. Die Ferienwohnung selber ist sehr gemütlich, charmant und durchdacht eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber, die unmittelbar mit im Haus wohnen, sind super hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Trotz der fortgeschrittenen Jahreszeit konnten wir auf der Terrasse im gepflegten Garten sitzen, frühstücken und abends Wein trinken. Wir haben uns gut erholt und möchten gerne wieder kommen!

Sehr schönes Landhaus mit tollem Außenbereich

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern, 4J und 8M) waren im September 2021 für 2 Wochen zu Besuch bei Philippe und Francoise in Le Rouret und haben es sehr genossen. Die beiden Vermieter sind nett, zurückhaltend und stets hilfsbereit. Wir haben im Appartement gewohnt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll im französischen Stil eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem Grundstück inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Der Außenbereich mit großem Pool ist sehr idyllisch. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Bis in die Stadtzentren von Cannes, Nizza und Antibes sind es jeweils ca. 25km; aufgrund der bergigen Lage ca. 45min Fahrt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Objekt in schöner und ruhiger Lage

Wir haben fast den gesamten Juni 2019 im Appartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Bad, Wohnzimmer/Küche und eigener Terrasse (keine Klimaanlage) verbracht und es sehr genossen. Es handelt sich bei dem Objekt um ein großes Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse auf einer Anhöhe im Ort. Das Haus wird von den äußerst freundlichen französischen Eigentümern (neben Französisch sprechen sie auch gut Englisch und ein klein wenig Deutsch) selbst bewohnt, soweit es nicht vollständig an Gäste vermietet ist. Daher befindet sich alles in einem entsprechend sehr gepflegten und sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Eigentümer kümmern sich sehr liebevoll und mit hohem zeitlichen Aufwand um Haus und Garten, was man als Feriengast sofort merkt. Ihr Ziel ist es, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen und die Ferienzeit voll genießen können. Dabei nehmen sie aber selbstverständlich Rücksicht auf ihre Gäste und sind sehr bemüht, Wünsche -soweit möglich- zu erfüllen. Wir waren mit unserem zehn Monate alten Kind dort und haben vor Ort noch einige Dinge wie z.B. eine Badewanne oder eine Wickelunterlage von den Eigentümern erhalten. Der Garten ist sehr schön mit verschiedensten Pflanzen angelegt. Der eingezäunte Pool ist sehr sauber und war perfekt temperiert. Der Ort Le Rouret selbst ist klein, es gibt einen Bio-Markt mir Lebensmitteln aus der Region, zwei Supermärkte in wenigen Fahrminuten Entfernung, eine Post und diverse kleinere Läden und Bistros. Es ist ein hervorragender Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in die Region (z.B. nach Nizza, Cannes, Monaco, Grasse, Valbonne, Mugins, St. Paul de Vence und zu so vielen weiteren schönen Orten in der Umgebung). Ein Leihwagen ist dafür aber sehr zu empfehlen, da keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu erreichen sind. Die Eigentümer geben gerne diverse Tipps zu möglichen Ausflugszielen. Insgesamt können wir einen Urlaub dort nur weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour à la bastide Saint Joseph! Juste une petite remarque, dommage que la terrasse n'était pas trop nettoyée et que nous n'avions pas de coussins pour l'extérieur. Sinon, tout était parfait et confortable! Juste encore une petite remarque, il y a des fourmis qui se baladent :-)

Wonderful villa wonderful time

We had a great time. The house and garden are everything you could ever want. The pool is clean and well looked after as is the bedrooms and the large outside eating area. One small problem was when we arrived there was nothing in the house. When I say nothing, not salt, oil, water, washing up liquid, nothing. I would suggest the owners who are very nice people supply a few basics.

Idéal pour des vacances en famille au calme

Située au bout d'une impasse (tranquillité garantie), cette bastide est entourée d'un charmant jardin très bien entretenu. T2 décoré avec soin, propre et bien équipé. Nous avons pris la quasi totalité de nos repas sur la terrasse privative, très bien exposée à cette saison et également profité de la piscine. Propriétaires fort sympathiques et très discrets. Une semaine ne suffit pas pour découvrir tous les attraits de la région ! Beautiful villa located in a very quiet area (u-turn) with its lovely garden and swimming pool. Apartment nicely decorated, clean and fully equipped. The owners are very friendly and will give you good advices to visit this great region. A perfect place to stay and enjoy the south of France !

the Bastide Saint Joseph

We really enjoyed our holidays at the Bastide Saint Joseph in September. The independent holiday cottage of the Bastide, “Les Lavandes”, was perfect for us. Extremely pretty, very clean and peaceful. All we needed for our 18 month old baby was put at our disposal. The swimming pool has a large beach area of about 1m with just enough water depth for young children. The owners are very kind and we hope to return for another holiday.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons effectué un séjour à la Bastide au mois de Mai. Nous occupions le gîte "Les lavandes". En arrivant nous avons trouvé les lieux encore plus jolis que sur les photos et nous n'avons absolument pas été déçus. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et discrets. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du jardin sans être gênés par leur présence. Le lieu est calme et nous a permis de vraiment nous reposer. Nous avons aussi trouvé la situation géographique idéale pour visiter cette région que nous ne connaissions pas.
