A property located in the heart of a 32-hectare park, surrounded by forests, vineyards, and ponds.<br><br>An idyllic and rejuvenating setting for nature and animal lovers.<br><br>The spacious and cosy cottage is perfect for enjoying wonderful moments with family or friends. This cottage is separate from the owners’ home and is exclusively yours.<br><br>Located on the wine route in the heart of the Bergerac region, ideally situated for exploring the Dordogne as well as Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion.<br><br>Pony rides and guided walks are available on-site upon request, led by a certified instructor.<br><br>Two ponds, measuring 5,000 m² and 1.3 ha respectively, provide the perfect setting for breaks, picnics, or walks along their shores while remaining on the property. For safety reasons, however, swimming is prohibited.<br>
