This lovely, spacious brick Victorian home with a slate roof has 3 stories, 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The location is ideal! It is about 0.7 miles from both the spectacular Cliff Walk and Thames Street, about 1 mile from beautiful Easton’s Beach and less than 0.5 miles to Bellevue Ave. It is a short walk to restaurants, shopping and downtown. The kitchen is granite and stainless steel. There is a granite fire place, a covered front porch and a large rear deck which was recently refinished. Each of the 6 bedrooms has a queen or double bed. Enjoy historic Thames street, beaches, shopping, excellent dining, sailing, golf, culture, history, museums, theatre and all that Newport has to offer! The City of Newport imposes a 30 day rental minimum. The property is available during summer months only and only for stays of 30 days or longer. It is great for large groups!!
