Perfect Stay

My family and I had to stay at this property for a work convention and we were really impressed. The communication from the owners was spot on, the location was great, and the condo was very clean. We will definitely stay at this property again.

We stayed at Royale Palms August 7-14, a great place to vacation.

The room was nice and had a mini fridge, microwave and sink. We enjoyed the balcony. Bathroom was a good size.

We enjoyed our stay last weekend.First, I want to recognize the housekeeping team. This was the cleanest place we’ve stayed in a very long time, and their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We were also impressed by the measures in place to help ensure guest safety. Both cleanliness and safety are especially important to us.Chanda also deserves a special thank-you for her excellent communication. She was responsive and answered our questions almost immediately.That said, two aspects of our stay were disappointing:1. Last-minute notice of parking fees. We weren’t informed until the day before arrival that parking would cost an additional 20 per day. We were told the fee structure had changed because Royale Palms guests would be sharing the parking garage with the neighboring Hilton. While we understand that policies can change, earlier notice would have helped us plan and budget accordingly.2.Limited pool access. Although guests share parking facilities with the Hilton, access to its pools is not included. The Royale Palms pool was small and basic, especially compared with the Hilton’s two impressive pool areas right next door. Signs made it clear that those areas were reserved for guests with Hilton wristbands. We found this disappointing and would have appreciated a clearer explanation of the pool restrictions before booking.

Great place!

The room was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Accurate description in the listing. Very convenient and short drive to entertainment and restaurants. Would definitely rebook for our next trip. Hosts were very responsive when we sent them a question.

Royal Palms Myrtle Beach

My wife and I wanted to get away for a week from the day to day grind. This room, being located on the beach, provided an affordable escape. From the checking in instructions to leaving it was easy to understand and put at ease any worries. The room was clean and easy to access.

Very clean had door lock issue and manager fixed it as soon as we contacted her. Decided to stay a few more days and was very helpful to get them booked and done it all very fast on a saturday afternoon

Outstanding getaway

We stayed at the Royal Palms in 120 H. The hotel was beautiful and luxurious. The room was spacious and clean and the ocean view was great. The king size bed was very comfortable. There were enough towels and blankets provided so we didn't have to ask for more. Getting the key to the property was easy. Parking was easy and next to the hotel. The hotel was near plenty of shopping areas and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again.

Kingston

Overall very nice stay and unit. The only issue or more of a concern would be the Air Conditioning unit. Very loud with rumbling and vibrations shaking the area around the AC unit. We have stayed at the Royal Palms over 20 times and this is the first time we have experienced an AC unit this loud.

Labor Day 2023

Be mindful of check out and the baggage cart. People seem to hoard them, especially if you’re around a holiday time. Also make sure to see about the elevators if they are properly functioning and they ALL WORK!!! We only had two elevators working for “22” floors of rooms at 40+ rooms per floor so figure on waiting at times of importance…

Fun at the conference

Stayed here to attend a conference and enjoy the beach. The owners communicated everything we needed to know in a timely manner and even left us a bunch of snacks! The property was exactly as described and there were lots of conveniences nearby. Would stay again!
