Are you are looking for the perfect lakefront vacation home or getaway with mountain views? This 3300 sq ft North Carolina lakefront custom home is located on the waterfront of Lake Santeetlah. This property has it's own large private dock. Tie up your boat, swim directly, or enjoy the lake using the canoe or kayak that is provided for you.

This home has stunning views of both lake and mountains from almost every room. It has an extraordinary kitchen with hand crafted pine furniture cabinets, granite counter tops, and heart pine floors that give this lakefront home the aura of rustic elegance. Bedrooms consist of 3 master suites (& private baths) having their own unique amenities that add to it's overall ambiance. The 1st floor Master Suite (with queen bed) has a private screened-in covered Porch. The large 2nd floor Master (with a king and a single bed) above the kitchen has a bonus sleeping room with two single beds and a two-person walk-in shower. The third Master Suite (with queen bed and a single bed) has a jetted tub and a clear glass shower. In addition, there is a bonus game room basement with ping pong, miniature pool, etc

One of the most popular features is the firepit deck. One section of the firepit is designed for cooking over a charcoal or wood fire. At night, use the open section of the firepit to sit around make s'mores and tell stories. (We also provide a gas grill.)

This home is located on the most unique lake in Western North Carolina. With 90% of its 75+ miles of shoreline protected, Lake Santeetlah's natural surroundings will be preserved and never crowded. Lake levels are maintained year round for recreational use. This lake is a watersports and fisherman's paradise. If you're looking to start a tradition with your family vacation, build your memories here on Lake Santeetlah at this unique getaway.

Due to the nature of our location, being in the mountains and directly on the lake, expect slightly spotty cell service. We've found that Verizon has the best service at the house.

We were very happy with our stay and would return. We have stayed in many cabins in the region and this was one of our favorites to date. Plenty of space for our group, ample parking, and a location near plenty of area attractions that we like to visit during our annual stay in the area.

This beautiful and quiet lake house is in a fantastic location in close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Cherohala Skyway, and Tail of the Dragon. Lucy was very accommodating during our stay, and the home is well equipped for a group stay.

This is a great property. Very comfortable and plenty of room for a large family. We enjoyed the great kitchen. We fished off the dock, kayaked, canoed, and had s’mores around the fire pit. Very relaxing stay.

Great property! Very well-kept and furnished. Beautiful location that was close to family living in the area. We come to Robbinsville every year for a family reunion and this was a fantastic location for the out of town gang. Will book again!

Lake Santeetlah house

Six men stayed , 2 father and son pairs, a brother and an old school friend. My brother slept in the screened in porch on a blow up queen, each father and son had a bedroom with multiple beds and a bedroom for the old friend. Every one was comfortable and the house suited our needs exactly. The view is great and the neighborhood is quiet. Definitely would reserve the place again.

The place was great, close, clean, and spacious. Living space and kitchen were huge, bedrooms were also well sized (there are technically 4), it was nice to have separate bathrooms, and the kayak and canoe were nice extras.
