You will appreciate its large cathedral-style lounge facing due south, bathed in light throughout the day. Ideally situated near the village centre and the seafront promenade, it is perfect for walks on foot or by bike. Outside, you will enjoy a garden, a terrace equipped with furniture, barbecue and plancha, as well as a private swimming pool, open and heated from 1st May to 28th September, for moments of relaxation in a convivial atmosphere.



Fully equipped, this 125 m² house has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. Push open the front door and discover a spacious, bright living area with direct access to the terrace.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher. You will also find everything you need for your breakfasts, with a kettle, toaster and Espresso coffee maker.

Share your meals around the large dining table that can seat 10 people, or enjoy the outdoor table on the terrace on sunny days. In the evening, gather in the cosy lounge, furnished with sofas, a coffee table and a television.



The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms. Three of them are equipped with a double bed (140x200), another is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200). One of the ground floor bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. The last sleeping space is located on the mezzanine: a sofa bed (140x190) with a glass roof overlooking the living area.



For added comfort, two additional bathrooms with toilets are available, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.



A washing machine, a tumble dryer, an ironing board and an iron are also at your disposal.



You will be able to park up to two vehicles and store your bicycles safely in the courtyard of the accommodation.
