You will appreciate its large cathedral living room facing full south, bathed in light throughout the day. Ideally located near the village centre and the seafront promenade, it is perfect for walks on foot or by bicycle. Outside, you will enjoy a garden, a terrace equipped with furniture, barbecue and plancha, as well as a private pool, open and heated from 1 May to 28 September, for moments of relaxation in complete conviviality.



Fully equipped, this 125 m² house has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. Push open the entrance door and discover a vast, bright living space with direct access to the terrace.

The open kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher. You will also find everything you need for your breakfasts, with a kettle, toaster and Espresso coffee maker.

Share your meals around the large dining table that can seat 10 people, or enjoy the outdoor table on the terrace on sunny days. In the evening, gather in the friendly living room, furnished with sofas, a coffee table and a television.



The night area consists of 5 bedrooms. Three of them are equipped with a double bed (140x200), another is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200). One of the ground floor bedrooms has its own adjoining bathroom. The last sleeping area is located on the mezzanine: a sofa bed (140x190) with a glass roof overlooking the living area.



For more comfort, two other bathrooms with toilets are available, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs.



A washing machine, a tumble dryer, an ironing board and an iron are also at your disposal.



You will be able to park up to two vehicles and store your bicycles safely in the courtyard of the accommodation.
