Located 50m from the beach, this modern house offers you all the comfort you need to make your vacation with family or friends a success!
It is a 60m2 construction, bright and spacious decorated on the theme of the sea. A home which ensures a warm atmosphere with a large bay window, a large tiled and enclosed terrace, a parking space, a barbecue, a lounge garden with deckchairs.
The house is functional, equipped with a fitted kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove with oven and ceramic hob, toaster, SENSEO coffee maker, filter coffee maker, electric kettle), a comfortable living room ( sofa and armchairs with cushions, 4K TV 125cm).
TV with French, English and German channels.
It offers a closed bedroom equipped with a 160cm bed on the ground floor as well as a second upstairs, equipped with 2 90cm beds and an extra bed. The bedding is new, of very good quality (possibility of renting a baby bed and bathtub at an additional cost).
