This modern 3-bedroom condo is perfect for families. It's centrally located in the heart of Seacrest at The Villages of South Walton. Once you walk into this completely remodeled home-away-from-home you'll feel welcomed by all the unique updates and touches that have been made.

Enjoy a kitchen that opens onto the dining and living area. There's plenty of seating for dining and entertainment with seating at the kitchen counter, the dining table, and even more seating out on the balcony. Enjoy the 30A views of Seacrest from this corner unit which features windows not only on the front of the unit, but also the side.

The bedrooms are cozy and chic with their coastal vibes. The bathrooms will make you feel like you're at a spa with their beautiful tilework plus crisp white and cool gray finishes.

Don't forget to spend some peaceful moments on the balcony to sip your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Take in some warm breezes, and soak up the Florida sunshine.

Location was amazing! Super clean! Everything we needed in the kitchen. Just bring extra dish soap and laundry detergent if you want to do more than one load. But worked well for us. Updated and beautiful condo! Highly recommend.

Great Trip!

The property was very clean and nice, we will definitely be back! Great location, walking distance to everything, only downfall was it was pretty loud until about 10:30 with the live music downstairs.

Our first time to Seacrest/Rosemary/Aly's beach so picked this condo on a whim when plans changed for us a few weeks before we came. The condo is nicely furnished and being an end unit in the last building next to residential was even better. We loved having all the restaurants, shops, live music and bike rental below us but it wasn't loud at night for us. The unit was very clean, and the management company is very communicative. We would definitely stay here again and tell our friends about it. Its the perfect location to go between the local beaches, shops, and restaurants for us and our teens. Super safe and a lot of fun. I was glad I read other reviews before I came because you do need to bring or buy food, spices, extra paper towels & TP; garbage bags, parchment/foil, etc for cooking. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, bowls, plates, etc which was helpful. I used Publix to order grocery delivery which was easy. The host or management company should tell you how to get to the beach though with the bracelets that are in the unit. All the beaches are 'private access' so we had to figure that out on our own. The unit should have some information about that. The walk to the private beach access is close and easy though. They also advertised free tickets for local attractions upon booking but sent no information on this 'perk' on how to utilize this special offer. All in all we had an awesome experience!

This was such a fantastic place at such a convenient location. The place was clean, quiet and next to so many businesses and most importantly, the beach! The only thing to keep in mind is to bring additional personal items (e.g., paper towels, laundry detergent) if you are staying longer than a week as the property provides limited supplies. We highly recommend this place if your goal is to relax with family, explore the beautiful beaches and towns around this area, hang out by the pool and enjoy some great live music every night down at the adjancent plaza!

Clean rooms - and easy access to pool and restaurants. Rarely needed our car. A bit of a trek to the beach especially when carrying your own chairs. The trolley was helpful but did not run consistently. We were able to receive 2 bikes free of charge through the free attraction tickets. Very minimal supplies. Bring your own spices/oils/toilet paper.

This condo is a great find for a small family. The location is perfect and in walking or biking distance to many shops, restaurants and the beach!
