Fabulous Apartment

We stayed at this lovely apartment for a weekand wished we could stay longer!. The apartment was clean and very comfortable with a great terrace. It’s very close to the sea and the railway station.

Hele fijne woning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtig balkon en geweldige locatie. Het incheckproces ging prima, Sophie was heel aardig en liet ons alles zien in het appartement, fijn ook van de parkeerplaats. Voor het uit checken zou het wel helpen als er een soort standaardinstructie is (o.a. over afval, sleutels).

Tutto perfetto!

L’appartamento è molto bello, nuovo e molto pulito.Dotato di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata, wi fi, 2 TV con decoder, lavastoviglie, lavatrice,asciugatrice, ferro da stiro,aspirapolvere,etc) ha un bel terrazzo ampio, con tende da sole elettriche, che si può sfruttare dalla mattina alla sera. Dal terrazzo si vede il mare raggiungibile a piedi in 100m. La spiaggia più vicina(attrezzata con ombrelloni) ai primi di giugno era inaccessibile perché stavano facendo dei lavori di rifacimento del lungo mare che dovrebbero terminare a Luglio 2025. Per andare in spiaggia basta spostarsi di 500m a destra verso la spiaggia libera. L’appartamento è disposto molto bene con la zona giorno composta da cucina con isola fornita di TUTTI gli elettrodomestici e gli utensili possibili e zona soggiorno molto luminosa che dà direttamente sul terrazzo con tv e divano letto matrimoniale. 1 bagno con doccia grande e wc, 1 bagno con solo wc, 1 camera da letto con bagno in camera con solo doccia e lavandino. La property manager Sophie è stata molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha consegnato personalmente le chiavi all’arrivo spiegandoci tutto della casa. L’appartamento dispone anche di 1 garage a circa 100m dall’appartamento, indispensabile a Juan les pins perché è impossibile trovare parcheggio in strada. Tutto è raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi: negozi, supermercati, centro, ristoranti, spiaggia, stazione. E’ un po’ rumoroso per il traffico ma si dorme tranquillo con i doppi vetri.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und auch vor Ort passte alles. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Der Balkon ist sehr groß und durch Jalousien ist die Wohnung komplett abdunkelbar. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer und zum Bahnhof - für uns damit ideal gelegen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, vielen Dank Armelle, Franck & Sophie

Magnifique !!!

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve. L appartement est très bien agencé avec beaucoup de goût, sans compter la terrasse qui est magnifique. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de la manager ainsi que des propriétaires. A refaire sans hésiter et l emplacement est idéal : proche de tout, vraiment tout.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Juan le Pins in einer tollen Wohnung!

Die Wohnung liegt optimal. Wir hatten unser Auto dabei (Tiefgaragenplatz in 2 Min. Entfernung Fußweg ), aber wir hätten kein Auto gebraucht. Ein Bäcker (sehr leckere Baquettes und Croissants) befindet sich direkt an der Ecke, der Supermarkt (in der Hauptsaison auch sonntags geöffnet) in wenigen Minuten Fußweg. Der Strand und die Restaurants / Bars / Geschäfte ebenso. Die Kommunikation läuft über die Managerin "Sophie" per E-Mail oder whatsapp. Es hat alles gut geklappt. Wir konnten, nach Absprache, sogar etwas früher in die Wohnung bzw. unser Gepäck schon abstellen. Ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist toll, sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten und die Schlafcouch sind sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage funktioniert optimal. Ein Trockner und eine Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Es gibt zwei große schöne Duschen und zwei Toiletten. Die Bäder sind in einem top Zustand. Es gibt genügend Schränke zum Verstauen. Vormittags hat man schöne Sonne auf dem großen Balkon, am Abend Schatten - optimal zum Sitzen. Es gibt zwei Liegen und einen großen Tisch zum Ausziehen mit genügend Stühlen. Für den Schatten gibt es eine elektrische Markise. Wir hatten erst die Sorge, dass es nachts etwas laut sein könnte, da die Wohnung fast im "Partyviertel" liegt, aber dem ist nicht so. Wir haben super geschlafen. Praktische Kleinigkeiten wie Trolley zum Einkaufen, Wäscheständer, Föhn, Kaffeemaschine !, etc. ist alles da. Was gefehlt hat (oder wir nicht gefunden haben) sind Geschirrtücher und -lappen. Handtücher für's Bad sind ausreichend viele vorhanden. Lediglich Strandhandtücher müsste man dabei haben. In den Bädern lag schön verpackte Seife und Shampoo, die Betten waren frisch bezogen, auch schon die Couch. Diese kann man super leicht ausklappen zum Schlafen. Ein Gästebuch liegt bereit mit Eintragungen aus der ganzen Welt. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen !

Very comfortsble, clean apartment in a great location in Juan-les-Pins

Overall very nice and clean apartment, very conveniently located a block from the beach, 2 minutes to the train station , shops and restaurants. Very quiet and comfortable with a nice terrace on the 5th floor with an elevator, washer and dryer. A couple of main items missing were beach towels and beach chairs, which, considering it is a beachside rental, it should be a basic convenience for rentals, especially for those of us who travel by plane and cannot practically fly with those large items. I would also suggest you could also provide laundry detergent and extra garbage bags; these items are basic and don’t cost much. Lovely place, we hope to return someday

Wunderschönes Appartement!

Das Appartement ist perfekt und mit allem was man sich wünscht ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend mit Blick zum Meer. Alles ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar vom Strand bis Restaurants, Geschäften, Bars usw. Die Managerin vor Ort kümmert sich um alles und ist sehr bemüht. Gerne kommen wir wieder 😃

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt und zudem sehr geschmackvoll und stylisch eingerichtet ist. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern ist schnell und unkompliziert! Der Empfang vor Ort war sehr herzlich und auch absolut unkompliziert. Die Lage ist sensationell, der Strand,alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Great location but requires instruction manual

Great location near to beach bars restaurants and train station. Disappointed on arrival we had to wait around for access until 3.30 Instruction manual required we had no idea where to dispose of rubbish or how to work the equipment. Only 1 bath and 1 hand towel per person for the week. No beach towels TV remote required new batteries these were fitted the day before we left Light bulb out in the hallway very dark in the evenings when trying to open the door. No ironing board. Impossible to iron a shirt on a table. Advert stated pantry items and concierge there was neither A welcome pack would have been nice and some toiletries Quite expensive for the facilities. Bedroom very small.

This newly re-done apartment has a beautiful interior with quality furniture and equipment. Also the large terrace had a nice free view and we have enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. When planning our next holidays in JLP we will certainly consider this apartment again as a first option. Also the service and reception from Carine was very friendly.
