We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach. Everything we needed was at the condo. The beach chairs and umbrella was a plus! Cynthia was great to work with. She was very communicative and responsive throughout the whole process. I would go back tomorrow if I could!

5 stars is an understatement for the facilities, the property, location and host. Constant communication from Cynthia from the moment we booked. The resort was staffed, clean and well maintained. The access to the beach made us never want to leave. But more importantly, the condo itself was comfortable and a home away from home. Cynthia was wonderful with communication. The property was as described, very clean, with great amenities. The only disappointment was that the arcade at the resort is no longer there. Unsure if that was a temporary change or permanent. I'd definitely recommend any of Cynthia's properties to anyone. Very well managed and cared for!

I traveled last minute to this location with my 4 children. The host was very nice and friendly. The room was exactly like the pictures! The view of the ocean was absolutely amazing! Everything was very clean and up to date! The host communicated with me throughout the entire trip. She provided very useful information daily! The check in and check out process was very easy! This is the perfect location. Seconds away from the beach and the best pizza spot in PCB (Zollo’s Pizza) was right across the street…

As frequent travelers both internationally and domestically, we’ve stayed with many hosts, and this one ranks among the very best—alongside our host in Bologna, Italy. She was exceptionally responsive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Every interaction felt personal and caring, not like dealing with a management company doing the bare minimum.The unit was spotless, with appliances, lights, and everything else working exactly as expected. The space felt uncluttered, modern, and tastefully decorated. The website photos don’t do it justice—the natural light is wonderful and the rooms feel surprisingly spacious. We also appreciated the complete absence of intrusive signage dictating rules everywhere.The patio furniture stood out as a real highlight. It was functional, clean, attractive, and well-made—including a proper outdoor table, which is surprisingly uncommon. Small thoughtful details, like extra electrical outlets, made daily life more convenient.The sixth-floor view was perfect: high enough to enjoy a beautiful beach vista without hearing the activity below. The balcony wasn’t positioned over a noisy pool, which added to the overall peace and quiet.We feel completely comfortable giving this rental our highest recommendation.

The condo was exactly as pictured and perfectly curated for an easy beach vacation! Cynthia is an amazing host and makes your stay a breeze. Steps from the beautiful beach!

This was our first time to PCB. It did not disappoint! We travel to The Bahamas to get this experience but here it is right in the ole US! Perfect place for our beach vacation. Host was super helpful and communicative! Loved the facilities. Kareoke and bingo in the Skye bar was a kick!
