This house was in a great location to explore Tulsa and had had plenty of room for 8 adults and 1 toddler. The park and pond in the neighborhood was a convenient perk for the kiddo.

The house was very clean and had everything ready for us, but so many things broken, non functioning in house. Kitchen sprayer broken, master bath sink drips, lots of broken tiles throughout kitchen and bathrooms. The game room has broken items and nothing is level. Many lights non-functioning, one headboard pealing and flaking everywhere, missing furniture in living room. Needs updated pictures of actuals. The A/C worked great!

Favorite place to stay!

We visit Tulsa often, and this has been our favorite place to stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and my kids all wanted to take the couch home with them. It was far enough from the city to have quiet evenings on the patio, but close enough that we didn't feel like it was a trek to get downtown. Wonderful home, we'll be staying again!

Simply Perfect

Great open floor plan was awesome for our family long weekend. Pictures don't do it justice - was very spacious, lots of room for eating, visiting, cooking, and for kids to play. Our main visit was to The Gathering Place - so easy to get to highway and only 20 minute drive. Lots of great restaurants close by.

Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay! It is a beautiful home! We really appreciated the snacks left to welcome us, and our children had a great time in the game room. We visited in the heat of the summer, so the game room was hot, but the host had fans available for that room. The neighborhood was beautiful, the house was exceptionally clean, and we were very happy with our stay!

Post Christmas celebration

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice. I would recommend a little book that includes checkout instructions and maybe local information. Most of the places we have used have done that and it is very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Weekend Wedding

Had a great weekend. Property was clean, spacious, and in a nice neighborhood. Property owners were responsive and made ever effort to accommodate an earlier than usual check in. Property was stocked with everything you need and the were a few snacks and chocolate available. I would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable home and city

My grandchildren, children, husband, and I all enjoyed this home. It was spacious, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to Broken Arrow shops, as well as all that Tulsa has to offer. Our contact, Laura, made sure we had everything we might need, and even left all that was needed to have root beer floats the evening we arrived. So thoughtful!

Overall good but could've been better

The host was very accommodating, offering both early check in and late check out. The location was good with restaurants and shops nearby. The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable resulting in my husband choosing to sleep on the floor. The addition of a box spring might help. Unfortunately, none of the games in the gameroom worked properly. The snack basket and Hershey kisses on the nightstands were thoughtful gestures.

As a result, we removed the boxspring about 1.5 years ago because many guests felt that box spring made it too high! Can you please tell us which game didn’t work? We tested them later and they all seemed to be working fine. We will take another look once we know the specific one that didn’t work. Apologies for any inconvenience. Thank you again.

We had stayed in this house several years ago and were hopeful for a great experience, but unfortunately the house has been poorly maintained. the trash was overflowing and pouring out on the side of the house, and there was a bag of trash on the back patio when we arrived.The entry lock batteries were low and it took several attempts to gain access to the property.Once inside we found that the house was filthy with visible food left in the living room carpet. The furniture in the listing has been replaced with heavily stained strange mismatched seating. The leather couch and loveseats were replaced with a modular sectional in which the pieces were not secured to each other so whenever you would sit or stand the pieces would slide out from under you revealing remnants of food and dog hair. Several pieces of furniture were broken and unsafe to use. The listing showed a game room with a Wii console- it did not work.The patio in the back was filthy and had only one chair, and there were broken toys in the backyard. The master ceiling fan did not work. The master bath smelled like a sewer. The listing mentioned soaps and shampoo would be provided and they were not.The blow dryer in the second bath did not work.The kitchen pantry, entry closet, and master closet was filled with junk.There were no kitchen linens provided and the bathroom linens were very poor quality. The property was completely misrepresented by the host and when we reached out for help they did nothing.

Amazing place

We loved staying here! Very quiet neighbor. Nice fenced in back yard, there’s a grill also. The house was spacious and everyone loved the game room. The only suggestion we have is maybe putting an outside ceiling fan in to keep air moving and the flies away but it’s summer. It was hot. We were close to lots of shopping places and the mall. Broken Arrow Main Street is awesome lots of shops and a fun water pad for the kids. There are lots of places to eat at. We are planning on coming back next year and will definitely book this house again. Thank you for your hospitality!!!! John Wilson and Donna Ridge.

Walker PGA Championship Week

The property was just as advertized. We enjoyed the Great Room/Kitchen area the most. It a terrific gathering area where everyone was comfortable and cozy. Kids loved the game room. The weather was cool, so we didn't use the backyard as much as we usually do. The location was perfect, as there are many, many things to do on the south side of town. IF you are in Tulsa, this is a great fit for a family.

Very clean and spacious home

We stayed in your home for a weekend in April 2022. The host was very responsive and had great communication. The home was located in a very nice neighborhood. The home was clean, spacious and very well stocked. My daughter, daughter in law, myself and my two grandbabies stayed her to visit two of my aunts. From the hosts prompt responses to the easy check in. And then the house! Exactly as posted but with warm touches of kindness for our grieving family.
