Not even close to meeting expectations

It was advertised as having privacy, no pets, washer and dryer with plenty of detergent and clean… The place is attached to the property manager’s home and not only can you smell their pets, but they bark when you close cabinets in the kitchen because you can hear everything… even their tv can be understood the sound travels that well through the attached doors/walls. You can even guess what the property manager and her husband are having for dinner because of the smell. We asked about the laundry machines when we couldn’t locate them and get this!… the property manager said she would do our laundry for $20 per load/basket, however we were reassured that the laundry basket used for assessing the size/cost was very large 😂 To top it off.. there is a sign next to the toilet that reminds you not to flush anything (EVEN TOILET PAPER) so you put it in a medium size trash can between the toilet and shower. I will leave the cleanliness to your imagination, because words can’t accurately describe any of the above to the degree needed.
