Great location to the beach! Property is as described and Trish is quick with responses. The unit is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and so much more- so leave the stress at home and enjoy the beach. We loved our time, as usual, and can't wait to return!

The condo was very nice and clean. We are older women and didn’t realize there was no elevator and had to climb 5 flights of stairs only downside about the condo.

We had a wonderful stay in the Island Treehouse, The unit was very clean and well organized. Location was great. Our favorite parts of the day were morning coffee on the screened in porch watching wildlife and the walks on the beach.

Very clean and private with beautiful screened porch.It rained most of our stay but we were perfectly comfortable in this snug little condo. It was a great place to get away for the weekend.

Fall long weekend

We took a long weekend to attend a concert in Jacksonville and wanted to check out the island. Great location, quiet and peaceful. Very convenient to the beach’s and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful, perfect
