9 AM check in/9 PM check out, Custom Built, no shared walls free standing home

We welcome short and long term renters. For stays 1 month or longer, we can offer better discounts that are not posted. Beautifully designed home with excellent living space. This custom built home boasts incredible lake views, quality workmanship, and designer touches throughout.

As you walk into the home through the large covered private deck, you will notice the high ceilings, and open spaces and peaceful water views through the large windows facing the lake. This home sits 1 house from the lake.

Kitchen: all high end appliances, Meile, Thermador and Dacor. Farmhouse sink with disposal, ice and water dispensing refrigerator, 2' countertops, bright light floods in from the double hung windows and double glass doors. This kitchen is equiped with everything you will need plus more. A large table with 6 chairs. Enjoy lake views from every spot in the kitchen and family room.

Living room: Open and airy 20 foot ceilings, large hanging fan with light dimmer, leather couches, views from every angle in the room, and a large digital TV with You Tube subscription attached for your entertainment. You are welcome to download and stream your own favorites through the smart tvs.

Bathroom: custom tiled shower/tub with opening window, medicine cabinet, framed mirror, built in linen shelving, and hooks for towels and robes.

Additional mirror area outside the bathroom so that 2 can get ready at the same time. This extra space has built in drawers, additional mirror, counter space, and more outlets.

Bedroom: large windows, hanging fan with light dimmer, pottery barn linens and furniture, large walk in closet with plenty of storage and shelving.

2nd Bedroom: very small-charming second room off the Master bdrm, with lots of natural light. This room has a twin bed with plenty shelves, hooks and hanging space for your belongings. Please note: you do have to walk through the master to access this bedroom.

Laundry/pantry room: separate room holds a full size washer and dryer, with hooks and many shelves for pantry items or storage.

Office nook: antique large wood desk looks out over the patio and onto the lake view. Free wifi that is your own private service. Wifi HP printer sits on the desk as well.

2 bikes! With helmets and pump come with your rental. Please let the owners know if you want to take advantage of this so they can have them ready for you.

Property: 1/3 acre with two homes sitting on it. The home sits above/behind the waterfront home with excellent views of the lake and wildlife. Bald eagles are a common site, along with an occasional dear walking through the side yard. Enjoy watching the crew boat glide by and the lake activity throughout the year.

This is a GREAT property with a nice view of the lake. It has everything you need. The location was a good central point to Seattle area attractions, Woodinville wine country and an abundance of hiking trails and waterfalls.The early check-in/late check-out made things so much easier for us.

Another Great Stay on Lake Sammamish in Redmond

We have stayed here before and were delighted to be able to stay again. We were here for about two weeks each visit. The property offers a great view of Lake Sammamish and it is very convenient to downtown Bellevue, Redmond and Issaquah. It suited our needs perfectly and we look forward to staying here again the next time we are in the Seattle area.

Beautiful place to stay with amazing views. Hosts are super responsive and helpful. They have one of the most well appointed kitchens I’ve ever rented. Top of the line pots and pans. And very comfortable bed and furniture.

Wonderful lake apartment

This is a very comfortable apartment that is well stocked and is nicely decorated. It has a wonderful view of the lake, with lake access as well. The owner's are a lovely couple and are very accommodating. My friend's and I had an awesome stay. I've stayed here many times and have enjoyed it every time. Redmond is a quaint town with a fun farmer's market on Saturday mornings.

Lakeview Retreat

A perfect spot by the lake for some views and relaxation time. Not a far drive away from the main part of Seattle, but far enough away to feel in a nice bubble while there. The main street was not noisy. The park was close enough to walk to. The owners were very responsive and kind and helpful with any requests we had. It was a great, short trip!

Lake View Property

Very nice place. Bed was very comfortable. Heat system worked well. Had a very well equipped kitchen. We cooked a Thanksgiving dessert and most of our meals there. The owners were very responsive. The unit is up a flight of stairs, so not suitable for people who can’t manage that.

We are a family of 4. Husband, myself, (VRBO manager) and 2 grown kids/adults. We are a active family that loves the outdoors. Both my husband and myself grew up on the water and feel blessed to be able to be close to it.

Why they chose this property

We love the lake and the views. The bike trails, restaurants and all that Redmond has to offer made the purchase of this property an easy one.

What makes this property unique

We love the beauty the lake offers, with the color the sky changes over the water from morning to sunset, the view of the crew teams racing by, and the incredible changes of the 4 seasons. We also benefit from the Marymoore trail that hooks into the BurkeGilman trail right out our door. We often bike down to Redmond Town Center and go out to dinner, shop or catch the Saturday open market (spring through fall), or bike further to Woodinville for coffee, the wineries, or the breweries or great restaurants. The ride to all these locations is 100% on the bike trails from door to door.
