Amazing Beach House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home was probably our favorite after many, many years of renting beach houses! Especially for a large, multi-family gathering, this house is perfect. Multiple laundry areas, multiple refrigerators and dishwashers serves a large group very well. The fact that there were so many king sized beds was definitely a plus. We would most definitely recommend this home and also Beachside Getaway, which was very attentive throughout the entire process from reservation through check-out. 10 out of 10 experience!

September 2026 Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mimi’s place was a great house for our family vacation. We had 8 adults and 3 children. Everyone had their own space along with their own bathrooms. The outdoor space is the best we enjoyed the pool ( pool bathroom is key) along with the putting green. There was plenty of floats left in the garage along with sand toys. The beach being steps away you could enjoy either one all day. I’ve never seen so many butterfly’s and beautiful sunrises. The kitchen was well equipped two fridges/ovens/dishwasher along with the fridge on the first floor was very convenient. We enjoyed many family dinners around the dining room table. We also enjoyed many trips to the ice cream store at Coligny so close. Beachside was very quick in resolving minor issues and was very easy to communicate with during our trip. We all agreed that this was our favorite house. Thank you Mimi’s place for an unforgettable vacation hope to be back soon!

Not up to our expected standards

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of siblings with ages in their 80’s, 70’s, 60’s and nephews and nieces in their 20’s. With no elevator and 31 steps to get to the living level was a challenge. Many of the storage areas in the kitchen and bedrooms had locks on them. Parking was a challenge as our SUVs and pickups would not fit in the garage. The pool and hot tub were exceedingly hot due to the dark finish in them. Overall cleanliness and furnishings and location near Cologne Plaza was good. Would not rent again because of accessibility challenges. The putting green was a hit!

Great House and Location

We had a terrific time at Mimi’s place. There were 14 of us ranging in age from 8 months to 66 years, and we all had a blast! House is large, bedrooms are all great, the living and outdoor spaces are perfect and the views are amazing. And to top it all off, it is within walking distance the town center.

Great Place and Location

Loved this property! It was perfect for 11 extended family and friends! The pictures don't show all the stairs so our 70 somethings were cognizant of what they needed in the full kitchen before they made there way up. Everyone libed having their own bedroom and bath so they could have peace. Would recommend!

Beautiful beach house

This is a lovely home with many nice amenities. The new kitchen with two refrigerators and two dishwashers made life easy as our family has seventeen people. The pool and outside space is large and everything is very well maintained. The only downside that we encountered was the day beds in the third floor bedrooms. They were more like benches under the windows and did not really work well as beds as they are very narrow. But all in all, we had a wonderful week in this beautiful home.
