About this property

Enjoy the lovely 3 bedroom basement suite of our home with its own private entrance. Includes kitchenette (no stove, but electric cook top), cozy living room, 50in TV, office desk, wifi, washer/dryer and backyard with lawn furniture, grill, fire pit and Hot Tub. Located in a quiet neighborhood within 10 minutes off the Flatirons, hiking trails, downtown Pearl Street, CU campus, and Folsom Football Field. 5 min drive to any service needed or 10 min walk to Table Mesa bus stop. Easy access to US-36 to Denver, DIA Airport, Eldora Ski Resort, and Red Rocks Amphitheater. We have a dog named Judy! She does bark but will calm down once you enter the gate. She loves hanging out in the backyard with guests and is very sweet and nice to everyone!

great spot, nice hosts.

This is about as nice as a basement apartment can be. The host is a photographer, so it's covered in epic photos. The one bedroom is in the entranceway, so somebody is basically sleeping in a pass-thru area but it wasn't a big deal for us. There are dogs but they're nice. Plenty of parking on the street. The backyard was a little worse for wear and some dog toys out and about to step over. Host was communicative and easy to get along with. I think there was a high chair and maybe a pack-and-play in the closet, but dont quote me on that, my kids are older now...

Fabulous Stay

We visited for CU Boulder's family weekend with our 16 year old. There was plenty of room and it was a great location in a lovely neighborhood. Thanks so much!

Beautiful Boulder Base

Great stay and location! Perfect amount of space with a large and comfy couch. Loved the backyard space with multiple hang zones (fire pit, outdoor dining, and hot tub). Good communication with the host and easy to check in.

Great place in Boulder

I think the property was very much what we expected it to be. Though we were in the basement apt. Below where the host lives it still feels very private as you have a separate entrance. We heard no noise from above. But we had to ask the host for a supply product and he was very quick to provide what we needed and easy to communicate with via text or phone. We would recommend this to anyone who needs a place that is convenient to Boulder and it's attractions.
