Fun family time, 5 out of 5 stars!

We enjoyed the stay and would like to come back for sure. This condo was right on the beach, well appointed, very clean, and a great location in PCB. We especially enjoyed the very large balcony with beautiful sunset views and comfortable furniture. Would recommend this to anyone with a large group or family for a great stay, with 3 huge king beds, fold out sofa, kid bunks and twin... and good showers!

Our condo was PERFECT!! Clean, decorated well and as shown in the photos. Bed was comfortable and we had zero issues with the condo itself. Management communicated well and checked in periodically to see if there was anything we needed and to make sure things were going well. Sadly they could not remove humidity from the outside air but I knew that was a big ask. There was an incident on the boardwalk after dark one night but it was handled and was beyond anyone’s control. The chair vendors are aggressive, but that seems to be an issue at all condos anymore and won’t be wrangled in until the HOA’s and owners push back. Our last night an insane storm hit and the winds and rain were intense. It flooded the area at the elevators and our group as well as others at OR became stranded in the elevator on the 23rd floor anytime they tried to go anywhere. A repairman showed up promptly and we were able to get our things out in a reasonable amount of time that did not involve hauling things down 16 flights of stairs. We would definitely come back. And these things were able to be worked around so it just made for a good story in the end. Thanks for having us!!

Wonderful Stay

Our stay at the Ocean Ritz 1603 condo was wonderful. The apartment was clean, spacious and safe. Access to the beach was perfect and the kids enjoyed the pool as well. Views are spectacular. Would recommend this property to others.

Great Stay!

This condo is in a great location. It was clean, decorated well and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I was worried that the wait would be long for the elevators, but even with staying on the 16th floor we had no problems at all. I would recommend this condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was a little off the beaten path, just as we like it. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. The elevators went down for a little bit, however, it only took a simple text to get them both back up and running. Werecommend

Very Spacious and Clean Property.

Property was clean and Spacious. Our favorite place was the balcony because it was very large and spacious and included an outdoor dining table as well as a sofa area. The view was great and we got to see a variety of sea animals from the balcony. I would love to stay here again next time we travel to PCB .

Amazing Condo

Overall this property is amazing! Very clean and very spacious! 10 people stayed comfortably all week long. The property owner was very responsive as well with any questions I had. Highly recommended! Also location is great and the views are amazing!

Beautiful property and great location. Only negative is parking. Need more overflow parking. It was cheaper for us to Uber than to lose our spot in small overflow area and have to park in public parking.

Excellent Condo

My husband and I came down to Florida with our 2 daughters and our grandkids. This condo is so spacious and a bathroom for every bedroom was great. The balcony is large and room for everyone without being crowded. Excellent location. We love this condo.

Excellent condo and Excellent Management company

Warren Beach rentals were very pro-active when they found out maintenance at facility was going to paint balconies and would close pool for some of the time we were there. The condo itself was EXACTLY as advertised and the patio was fabulous. We will definitely rent from them again.

Couples Beach therapy vacation

The property was great with a few hicups...make sure and print out parking passes prior to arrival, parking garage is very tight so if you have a full size truck or SUV park in overflow parking. Hot water was amazing and air conditioning worked great kept condo nice and cool. Ate all meals on the balcony patio which was a beautiful view. Great decor and plenty of detail.

Thank you for staying. This unit is spectacular! 1603 Ocean Ritz has the largest balcony in NW Florida. The views from the Balcony are indescribably beautiful and makes this unit worth every penny. The parking is tight and we address this in our ad and in the info we send to guests. There is a public parking lot DIRECTLY across the street and parking is $8 per night there. If you have a full size vehicle, a suburban, etc. I highly recommend using the lot as the parking garage is tight. It is perfectly fine for a car, or small SUV Come see us again, you guys are welcome back any time.

40s celebration @ PCB

Loved the size, cleanliness and decor of our condo!! Balcony has THE BEST VIEW! Owner was awesome at communicating. Only downside is parking garage. We rented a Toyota Prius bc parking garage is teeny tiny (which we were notified beforehand) but scraped the bottom of the car everytime we had to leave.

Very nice condo!

The condo was so nice and had plenty of space for all of us. My only complaint is the parking. Only 1 space in the garage and over flow parking was always full, so we paid to park in the city parking across the road and had a decent walk over to the condo. Other than that I really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and beautiful balcony! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
