The apartment is clean and in a good quality apartment block on a good street in an excellent location, just a new minutes walk from the Promenade d’Anglais and about 20 mins to Old / Nice Flower Market area. The owner is very efficient and easy to communicate with, and well organised for access and departure. Overall highly recommended.

Ideal apartment during my 3 weeks in Nice!While it can sleep 4 people, I stayed here alone while attending AF -Nice (20 minute walk away). The apartment is in a clean, secure building a couple of blocks from the promenade, grocery stores and public transportation. The area is quiet at night (in September) and there are several restaurants just outside the building entrance. Highly recommend & hope to return again!

Fully Equipped, Perfectly Located

This was my fourth visit to Nice this year and by far the finest accommodations. Host Tim speaks good English, and his French parents are charming. Second floor with an elevator in a clean building close to everything and quiet at night. Full sofa bed on the first level... Small steps to mezzanine with two twin beds. Well priced with minimal fees. Good appliances with a washing machine!

There was an unexpected small issue with A/C that only last 20 minutes at check in. We stayed to find a solution and to fix it. After that everything went well and I also would like to mention that the apartment was totally clean for check in. The tenant has lied on different aspects during the communication trying to take advantage of this unexpected issue. But evern worst the tenant returned the apartment in a terrible state, extremely dirty, fat stains on all linen that have to be thrown aways costing me a lot of extra costs, and showing a total lack of respect from Muhamad during his stay. This is totally irrespectful but unfortunately not a surp given the previous lies. I will certainly not host anymore Muhanad and strongly recommend other owners to not host him given his bad maneers and behaviour. I had to raise an official claim to Abritel for the damages created by Muhamad and still wait for reimbursement. Muhamad thought he can do whatever he want under the pretext of a technical issue on the AC, this is not correct behavior. Concerning the price of the rental it was the lowest he can find in heart of Nice in high season plus he beneficiate from a discount compared to standard rate. So this comment is also not correct and not appropriate. I will suggest Muhamad to look for place outside of Nice in low season if its exceed his budget, but also to learn good manners as he was not able to return the apartment in the same state than he find it.

Tout d’abord, je souhaiterais remercier le propriétaire de sa confiance. Ensuite, concernant l’appartement il est juste magnifique, et aucune information de son annonce n’est en désaccord avec la propreté ou son emplacement. C’est l’un des meilleurs appartements que j’ai loué dans le secteur de Nice, vous n’avez pas besoin de véhicule sur place car vous êtes en face de la mer et au cœur de tous les restaurants du centre-ville des magasins pour faire des courses, pharmacie tout ce qu’on aurait besoin et à quelques mètres de l’appartement et à quelques minutes de la gare de Nice. Enfin je n’hésiterai pas à revenir certainement cette expérience aurait été très positive pour moi. Merci encore et à bientôt.
