Had a great time at Oceanfront location. Krystal was an excellent host. Best parts were the view, huge balcony to hang out on, heated pool and the beach being 30 steps away. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Perfect Spring Break Respite for Teachers

This is a gorgeous beach theme condo that provides room to relax inside and out. It is close to the elevator and beach and pool and has all the amenities you need to feel at home. Krystal and her staff have created a gem of a place for a vacation for friends and family alike. I would definitely return and suggest it for others.

First time staying at the Ocean Reef. Everything was pretty much what the listing said. We just wished we could of stayed longer. The Fourth of July fireworks were awesome and had a great view.

Perfect Beach Trip

This property was perfect for our family, 2 adults 3 children (8 yrs, 6yrs, 3yrs) . We had plenty of space and loved the big balcony. Access to the beach was great and we were able to set up our beach tent along with the 2 free chairs and umbrella. The beach never felt too crowded and perfect for our kids. The building was having some issues with the elevators so at times we had to wait a while to get on one, hopefully that will be addressed. The property was clean, spacious, and exactly like the photos. We were in a great area, walking distance to many restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Labor Day Weekend

We were very happy with our room, and with the property overall. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, the kitchen could be a little better stocked. We were very happy that the room included two chairs on the beach. The view in the evenings was stunning. Overall we were very happy and would definitely stay here again.

Please be aware that all of our units are fully stocked every year and unfortunately items tend to disappear throughout the year, leaving us to restock during "off season". Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that parts of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. Regarding the elevator, I completely understand how frustrating it can be when building amenities aren't fully operational. Unfortunately, one of the three elevators experienced an unexpected outage during your stay, which is something managed by the building’s HOA and out of my control. Parts were ordered promptly, and the remaining two elevators continued to operate. I did my best to stay informed and keep guests updated. As for the mattress, I understand that comfort is a very personal preference. While many guests have found it comfortable, I recognize that it may not be ideal for everyone. I always appreciate this kind of feedback, as it helps me continue improving the space for future guests. I do want to gently mention that reviews carry a lot of weight for small owners like myself. I genuinely care about the guest experience and always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so I have the opportunity to make things right. It’s disheartening to hear about concerns after the fact, especially when a solution may have been possible in the moment. I wish you all the best in your future travels, and I truly thank you again for choosing to stay.

Ocean Reef

Communication with the owner was great and the unit was just as listed on VRBO. Several places to eat and shop are just a short walk away. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest would be some more comfortable balcony furniture. It worked for us but having an extra lounger and a couple of extra chairs with padding for the table would have been a plus. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Perfect Place - Perfect Stay!!

We were excited to find this place on VRBO!! We were arriving early so we texted Krystal and asked if it was okay to check in early and she said sure! That certainly helped as it had been a long drive!! The condo was beautiful and welcoming! It was spacious and well furnished! The view from the balcony is second to none! Krystal responded quickly to any questions I had. Just the kind of property owner you want when you are on vacation!! We loved the place and have intentions of visiting with Krystal again!!

Great location. Walk across the street Amore for donuts and other eats. If you’re picky bring your own wash clothes (I always do). As with another review the couch and chair need to be replaced (it’s time). The smart TVs take sometime to get to work; no worries for use we spent the most time on the beautiful balcony which is well furnished. Great Stay in PCB!

Post Covid, Birthday Celebration

This past week was truly a fantastic time, And it was long overdue. Originally, I'd planned to attend the Seabreeze Jazz Festival the year of my sixtieth birthday, but COVID struck, and everything shut down, and I was left to wave from the window of my home. Well, four years later, all systems were going! and I had the vacation of my dreams. The condo accommodations were beautiful! I couldn't have hoped for better. The view was amazing. Every moment was super, and I'd choose to come here year after year!

We couldn't have stayed at a better place! I'm glad we brought air mattresses for the kids to sleep on, I suggest them for comfort. We only ate out once, so maybe some better cooking supplies (we stayed for 7 days). BUT with all that being said, we would absolutely come back again next year! The condo was amazing and safe feeling and super clean. The location of the condo was perfect for our family. I don't have any negative things to say. It hasn't been a full week of being home yet and we already wish we were back! Thank you for everything and see you again ❤

Already Booking for Next Year!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The pictures were exactly as it looked when we arrived. The balcony is AMAZING-overlooks the beach & is huge. We were able to go directly to our room upon arrival, as we were given the code so could bypass “check in.” We’ve had a lot of trouble with elevator waits at other properties but not here! The longest we waited was on a Saturday, but that still didn’t compare. The location is amazing! Close to a lot of things within walking distance & not a far drive to other shops and restaurants. I had a question when we arrived & it was promptly answered by the owners-really appreciated! We will 100% be staying here again.
