The hot tub could have been hotter. It got chilly in the evenings and it would have been perfect. The room was absolutely perfect, everything you need. The staff on the grounds were amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Its in a great location. Tiki josh that does the chair service is fantastic. You definitely wont regret booking here!

Had a great time at Oceanfront location. Krystal was an excellent host. Best parts were the view, huge balcony to hang out on, heated pool and the beach being 30 steps away. Would highly recommend and stay again.

This condo was great!!! Perfect for two moms and two teenage girls for Spring Break!!! Loved being able to do an early check in, super convenient. The elevators were wonky and went out a couple times-but at least one always worked and that wasn’t the fault of the owner. I would like to suggest extra blankets/throw blankets would be a great addition. I looked but just found the stuff for the sofa bed that said do not use so I didn’t lol. Also, the wagon to get our stuff was nice-found it After we were in the room lol but carts for check in/check out would be nice to have-just a suggestion. Would def stay again. Beach service guy was great and loved the location.

Ocean reef, was very nice, but between host and cleaning service, they took more money from our account, said we broke contract by bringing pets in, but this is so false, we do have pets, but where in boarding, the cleaner found a few dog hairs that came from our items we brought with us, hairs in tub from a bread, explained to them still had a extra charge. There was no extra cleaning, we had a fire alarm that sounded for 2 nights and a stopped up dryer vent, those 2 could have ended badly, I would stay at ocean reef again but not from this host or vrbo

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed Ocean Reef; however, we would like to clarify several statements made in your review. Regarding the additional cleaning charge, our housekeeping company documents each cleaning with time and date-stamped photographs before and after every turnover. This is their standard procedure and is used to document the condition of the unit. Following your departure, the cleaner reported and documented evidence that resulted in additional cleaning charges being assessed to us, which were then passed along accordingly. Regarding the smoke alarm, we were first notified after your second night of stay that it was intermittently beeping. Upon receiving that information, we immediately arranged for someone to come replace the batteries. During our communication, you indicated that you preferred to replace the batteries yourself. Regardless, we addressed the issue as soon as it was reported to us. As for the dryer vent concern, Ocean Reef and individual owners are required to comply with annual fire safety inspections and maintenance requirements. Our dryer vent cleaning and inspection were completed on October 24, 2025, in accordance with those requirements. Regular vent maintenance is an important safety measure, particularly in large condominium buildings, and all required inspections were current at the time of your stay. I celebrated my 59th birthday on the beach with two of my children and 3 grands.

Great Family Vacation

Perfect Spring Break Respite for Teachers

This is a gorgeous beach theme condo that provides room to relax inside and out. It is close to the elevator and beach and pool and has all the amenities you need to feel at home. Krystal and her staff have created a gem of a place for a vacation for friends and family alike. I would definitely return and suggest it for others.

Labor Day Weekend

We were very happy with our room, and with the property overall. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, the kitchen could be a little better stocked. We were very happy that the room included two chairs on the beach. The view in the evenings was stunning. Overall we were very happy and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Trip

This property was perfect for our family, 2 adults 3 children (8 yrs, 6yrs, 3yrs) . We had plenty of space and loved the big balcony. Access to the beach was great and we were able to set up our beach tent along with the 2 free chairs and umbrella. The beach never felt too crowded and perfect for our kids. The building was having some issues with the elevators so at times we had to wait a while to get on one, hopefully that will be addressed. The property was clean, spacious, and exactly like the photos. We were in a great area, walking distance to many restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Ocean Reef

Communication with the owner was great and the unit was just as listed on VRBO. Several places to eat and shop are just a short walk away. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest would be some more comfortable balcony furniture. It worked for us but having an extra lounger and a couple of extra chairs with padding for the table would have been a plus. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Regarding the elevator, I completely understand how frustrating it can be when building amenities aren't fully operational. Unfortunately, one of the three elevators experienced an unexpected outage during your stay, which is something managed by the building’s HOA and out of my control. Parts were ordered promptly, and the remaining two elevators continued to operate. I did my best to stay informed and keep guests updated. As for the mattress, I understand that comfort is a very personal preference. While many guests have found it comfortable, I recognize that it may not be ideal for everyone. I always appreciate this kind of feedback, as it helps me continue improving the space for future guests. I do want to gently mention that reviews carry a lot of weight for small owners like myself. I genuinely care about the guest experience and always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so I have the opportunity to make things right. It’s disheartening to hear about concerns after the fact, especially when a solution may have been possible in the moment. Perfect Place - Perfect Stay!!

We were excited to find this place on VRBO!! We were arriving early so we texted Krystal and asked if it was okay to check in early and she said sure! That certainly helped as it had been a long drive!! The condo was beautiful and welcoming! It was spacious and well furnished! The view from the balcony is second to none! Krystal responded quickly to any questions I had. Just the kind of property owner you want when you are on vacation!! We loved the place and have intentions of visiting with Krystal again!!

Post Covid, Birthday Celebration

This past week was truly a fantastic time, And it was long overdue. Originally, I'd planned to attend the Seabreeze Jazz Festival the year of my sixtieth birthday, but COVID struck, and everything shut down, and I was left to wave from the window of my home. Well, four years later, all systems were going! and I had the vacation of my dreams. The condo accommodations were beautiful! I couldn't have hoped for better. The view was amazing. Every moment was super, and I'd choose to come here year after year!
