This is a fully stocked, beautifully decorated, brand new home with all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable, fun and memorable.

Enjoy gathering on the outdoor decks with views of the lake, golf course and mountains after a long day at the beach or relax as a family together watching movies in the large theater room, or playing games including billiards, air hockey, table tennis and foosball in the large family friendly game room.

In addition to the Theater room, there is a large screen TV on the main floor, to provide multiple entertainment options. All TV's include YOUTUBE TV subscription for a full range of TV channels, as well as Netflix and PLEX for on demand movies and TV series.

The home is equipped with a mesh wifi network system to provide high speed internet access to all of your wireless devices.

Washer and dryer provided and plenty of hot water with the on demand hot water heaters.

The Kitchen and dining area is spacious and includes a wide array of appliances, dishes, pans and cooking implement to make meal prep a breeze!

Beautiful home with many attractions

Amazing property for our family reunion

We had 33 people for our reunion and it was amazing that every family was able to have their own room. The house was very clean upon arrival and had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens for everyone. The access to the Ideal Beach club was the cherry on top. We went everyday and enjoyed all the amenities there. The house is nicely decorated and well laid out for large groups. We would stay here again! Quick communication with the hosts was also a plus!

Great Experience

Everything was great. Everyone had a bed to sleep in, and places to park. Nice patio off the kitchen with picnic tables for the kids to eat outside. We used the theater room, and the kids played with all the toys and games. Thank you for a great experience. Caren

Great house for a weekend getaway

Great house! More than enough room. Nicely decorated. Plenty of dishes, cooking appliances etc. The game room and theater room were a huge hit the day it was too cold and rainy to go to the lake. The access to ideal beach kinda ruins you for going to the not private portion of the lake. Would recommend!

Great house at Bear Lake

This property was perfect for my entire, large family. Everyone had lots of fun in the game/theater room. We had plenty of beds & bathrooms for everyone. Jason was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our second year here

Once again this property did not disappoint. We left a couple of things there, and the owner has arranged for the cleaners to get them to us. He was always quickly responsive if something happened. Our family is already talking about next year (though we may need to rent a second smaller place as we are outgrowing this one with some grandchildren marrying.) I definitely recommend this property and host.

July visit

The property was excellent and met our families needs. The previous visitors had left the home with a few needed repairs but The hosts were quick to respond and get those taken care of. The home was short of normal supplies like garbage bags, paper towels, etc.. We had a very enjoyable time there.

Excellent Place

My family and all our children were accommodated with this beautiful property. We have a large family with lots of children. We had plenty of rooms for sleeping arrangements. The owners went above and beyond to make the place comfortable. The owners were very responsive when we had question and the place was well stalked with everything you need. I would recommend this place to family and friend with large groups. We had a wonderful stay and would like to come again when we come to Bear Lake. Thanks

Great Home.

We really liked this home. Had almost everything we needed. Loved the game room. They also had a high chair and a pack n play. The host was great to work with. Only drawback was the golf balls that hit the house. We had one car that was hit by a golf ball and an adult. Suggestion: maybe have a folding table. Also if the net that is suppose to keep golf balls out could be extended with no holes. We would definitely rent again.

Great Place to stay with big family.

We loved our stay there. They were great to work with and it was bigger than expected. It has a lot of extra perks which was nice (household things). Only con were the beds were slightly uncomfortable.

Great Place on a busy weekend

We stayed here for a family reunion over Labor day weekend we had 22 people with plenty of places to sleep and spread out as well as great activities in the house. The house was sitting up on the bench a few minutes from the lake it was a great quiet spot to go to after the loud crowds around the lake, while also being super close to everything. When we had questions or concerns the staff was fast to respond and worked hard to resolve our issues. The fire pit for s'mores and theater room were favorites of the kids and teens.

Wonderful family reunion location

Our large family with children and grandchildren stayed here four nights. It was great. We went to three different beaches, played lots of games, and made good use of the game room. Kids did crafts at the Ideal Beach Activity Center and some of us played night mini golf. We mostly brought our own games, but the resort had many available, most of them free. Pickle ball was a favorite of the young adults. So was nearby Bridgerland. There is lots to do, and the house provided excellent accommodations for a large group. We hope to come back.

Great Summer Getaway

This home was even better than it seemed in pictures, and accommodated our group of 18, adults and children, very well. The home was very clean when we arrived, the kitchen well stocked, and the kids loved the game room and theater room. The beds were super comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The deck out back had great views, and we used the backyard for lawn games in the evening. The home was also minutes away from nice beaches and "downtown", so it was super convenient. The owners were quick to text back when we had a question about the home. The only drawback was being so close to the driving range. When there were golfers on the range, we didn't use the deck or backyard, and we had several golf balls end up in the backyard and hit the house despite the large nets protecting the house. But that wasn't enough of a drawback not to come back! The home was more than accommodating and we loved our time there.

We loved our stay! This location was great and mattresses were really good for sleeping! The owners truly have thought of everything from multiple fridges to extra ice maker, beach towels, beach toys, two washers and dryers, extra blankets, pac-n-play and so much more. The only thing we needed more of was paper towels and Tp!

Great home for family reunion

We loved this home. Plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked. We used the gas grill twice and it cooked our food very quickly. Master bedroom is BIG. Really enjoyed this space.

Bear Lake Vacation

The home is beautiful. It was very clean and quiet for the most part. We did have a golf ball break a window just off the deck so we cleaned up glass. I notified the golf course and they gave me the number for the golf course owner. I called him and left a message. If you want to pursue this it occurred about 3:30 pm on Friday afternoon. Also on Saturday evening when we were trying to enjoy a bbq on the deck there were several golf balls that hit the house. Other than this incident, we had a wonderful stay. We really appreciate your willingness to share your home with us and hope we left everything in good shape.

Family Get Together
