Splendid contemporary and exotic villa

We designed our villa, L'Heliade de l'Or, with a pool located on the edge of the forest, as a tribute to our various travels: Bali, Ecuador, Marrakech... It covers an area of approximately 135 square metres. The 4-meter-wide floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with light and slide open completely. On one side, they open onto the lush garden, the pool, and its fountain; on the other, onto an elegant, green patio. Featuring 4 magnificent bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a decidedly contemporary kitchen, the atmosphere here exudes luxury, tranquility, and indulgence. The upstairs bedrooms feature a wooden terrace overlooking the garden and pool, and open onto the surrounding forest. At the front of the house, another garden enclosed by a gate provides space to park cars, bicycles, and more. It also features a plancha grill, table tennis, pétanque, and a sun deck. Located in the very quiet area of Villas de Haute Plage, both the ocean and Le Ponant are a 15-minute walk away. It’s also very close to the gulf, the “Espace Grand Bleu,” and the water sports centre.
