Welcome to First Hill of Seattle, walking distance to most downtown attractions, few blocks to Capitol Hill coffee shops and restaurants, 35m walk to Pike Place, blocks to Seattle University and Swedish hospital.

Ground level unit in a 4-plex with its own entrance facing south. No shared space with others except washer and dryer are coin operated in a shared laundry room in the building. One bed with its own bathroom, remolded kitchen with living space.
There is a partially covered front courtyard with a table and two chairs that are dedicated to this unit for guests to use.
You can use the dehumidifier in the unit in case of Seattle raining seasons to reduce moisture since this unit is at the ground level.
Self check-in anytime after 4pm.
There is NO dedicated parking for guest, even many free street parking near by are first come first serve but it is found challenging for visitors to figure out rules for free parking sections. Please communicate with host on street parking tips if you do decide to drive your car and look for street parking.
The hot water of this unit shares with the public laundry room in the building so you may experience short time window of not hot enough when the washing machine is in use. Normally this happens between 12pm-3pm during the day, you get plenty hot water if you can avoid the washing machine usage at the same time.
Please note laundry room in the building is shared and coin-operated, please bring some quarters if you plan to do laundry during your stay, $2 for washer and $1 for dryer.
The owner adds below description about the unit to help guests to know what to expect so they can enjoy their stay and happy.
The building is about 115 years old so many of the constructions are still original, the insulation may not be good as today's standard, for examples, all windows with single layer glass, all window trims are original. The bath room and kitchen have been remodeled except shower bathtub. The bed are very comfortable and clean. The unit is equipped with wall space heaters and portable space heaters are also provided as supplement for winters. Please NOTE, this unit is at ground level, a dehumidifier is provided in the unit in case of too much moisture.
This unit is at ground level and there are tenants above. For light sleepers you may hear light footstep sound after quiet hours at night if people above walk around.
If you look for everything new and modernized facility, this may not be the place.

Essentially a small apartment, equipped with all the amenities you'd expect. I couldn't figure out the shower knob (why does every hotel shower work differently?) and the owner was very quick to respond to my question explaining it.
It wasnt super clean, i cant say that i believe the sheets are cleaned between every stay. The bathroom is small and just old/dirty feeling. It does have everything you need and only a quick ride from downtown Seattle. I feel like i got what i paid for though.
We spent a long weekend here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Its a perfect spot if you plan to spend the majority of your time out and about and just need a comfortable space to come back to at the end of the day.
The main issue was the toilet but the owner warned it might stop up. Apartment was well controlled with temperature. An open window in the kitchen allowed a few bugs in
Pretty much exactly as described in the listing, served my needs perfectly, great location. My one note (for a star deduction) is that the wall heater in the bedroom was extremely noisy, I think there’s an issue with the fan.
My friend and I stayed for three nights. All appliances worked well, everything seemed well cleaned, and having the electric automatic lock, made us feel very safe during our stay.
